INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a non-twisted yarn-like twisted yarn having a substantially non-twisted fiber bundle and a method for producing the same, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a twisted yarn-like yarn having a substantially non-twisted fiber bundle and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention relates to a substantially untwisted twisted yarn and a method for producing the same. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, many proposals have been made for methods of forming short fiber bundles into filaments by other means without twisting them. Typical examples include those that use adhesives or heat-fusible fibers to bond fibers together, and those that use high-speed airflow to physically entangle the fibers with each other. be. An example of the former is, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-24146, and an example of the latter is, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-8779. In contrast, a method of winding a thin filament around the outer periphery has been proposed as another means for bonding fibers and ensuring yarn strength. An example of this is Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-35171. All three examples shown above have the disadvantage of requiring special equipment. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention attempts to eliminate such drawbacks, and since repeated raising causes loss and damage to the fibers themselves due to fiber cutting, etc., it has an adverse effect on the product. The aim is to reduce the napping process and prevent fiber loss, and to use existing spinning equipment in almost its original state without destroying or denying any of the existing spinning equipment. The present invention provides a novel untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn. Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a fiber bundle made of twisted short fibers,
Synthetic fiber filament yarns that are significantly thinner than the fiber bundles are aligned and heated in the opposite direction to the twisting of the fiber bundles to make the fiber bundles substantially untwisted, forming a wall twist. It is also
The method of the present invention involves aligning a fiber bundle made of twisted staple fibers and a synthetic fiber filament yarn that is significantly thinner than the fiber bundle, and then twisting the fiber bundle in the opposite direction to the twisting direction of the fiber bundle. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a twisted yarn like a non-twisted yarn, which is characterized in that the yarn is made substantially untwisted and wall twist is formed. The fiber bundle applied to the present invention is acrylic fiber,
Examples include polyester, polyamide, wool, rayon, and blends thereof, with acrylic fibers being particularly preferred. In addition, the twisted fiber bundles referred to in the present invention can be formed by various spinning methods such as ordinary spinning methods, such as ring spinning of worsted or cotton spinning, semi-worsted spinning, air spinning, wool spinning, etc. It can be supplied by method. These various spinning methods naturally perform spinning using fiber raw materials with various long and short fiber lengths, but in producing the untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn of the present invention, twisted fibers spun by each of the above-mentioned spinning methods are used. Any of the bundles can be used. The fiber lengths of the fibers used in the above-mentioned various spinning methods are long and short, but since the main body of the non-twisted yarn-like twisted yarn according to the present invention is non-twisted, fibers with a longer fiber length, for example 50 mm, can be used. It is preferable to use the above-mentioned fibers in terms of the strength of the finished yarn. However, depending on the strength of the synthetic fiber filament yarn used in the present invention and the purpose of the yarn, any spinning method can be used, and the invention is not necessarily limited to long fiber spinning. The twisted fiber bundle, ie, the spun yarn, is made into a substantially untwisted state by aligning the synthetic fiber filament yarns in parallel and then twisting the yarn in a direction opposite to the twist of the spun yarn. Therefore, the spun yarn must be one. On the other hand, the number of synthetic fiber filament threads to be drawn is not necessarily limited to one, but may be a plurality of threads. Further, the filament yarn may be either a multifilament yarn or a monofilament yarn. In short, the filament yarn may be selected in relation to the thickness of the spun yarn that is the main body portion of the present invention. In this case, for spun yarn 12
~16 count, a synthetic fiber filament yarn that can be pulled together has a thickness of 20 to 50 deniers. Further, when expressed as a weight percentage of the weight per unit length of the filament yarn to the weight per unit length of the spun yarn, it is suitably 10% or less. When a filament with a weight exceeding 10% is used, the finished untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn becomes too coarse and hard, which tends to interfere with the subsequent knitting and weaving processes. 6 within the weight of 10% or less
A range of 3% by weight is most preferred. However, it is not necessarily limited to this. Next, the fiber types of the synthetic fiber filament yarn in the present invention include almost all synthetic fiber filament yarns such as polyamide type, polyester type, polyvinyl alcohol type, polyvinyl chloride type, acrylic type, polypropylene type, as well as acetate type. Semi-synthetic fiber filament yarns such as the following are also applicable. There is no need to place any special restrictions on the twist of the fiber bundle before the synthetic fiber filament yarns are aligned. The spinning method by which the fiber bundle is manufactured depends on the type of fiber material supplied, the fiber length,
The number of twists derived from the denier, fineness, or twist coefficient set depending on the use of the yarn can be used as is, and there is no need to set a special number of twists for the method of the present invention. On the other hand, soft twisting is preferable. Further, the direction of twist of the fiber bundle may be either Z-twist or S-twist. The point is that after the fiber bundle and the synthetic fiber filament yarn are aligned, the original twist of the fiber bundle is released by twisting the fiber bundle in a direction opposite to the twist direction of the fiber bundle. Along with twisting, a so-called wall twist is applied. Untwisting can be done by either a ring twister or a double twister. To explain based on the drawings, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a manufacturing apparatus for a twisted yarn for non-twisted yarn according to the present invention, and shows a conventional ring twisting machine. In the figure, a spun yarn 1 and a synthetic fiber filament yarn 2 are pulled together through tension guides 4 and 4', respectively, and a top roller 5,
Spun yarn 1 via bottom roller 6 and lappet 7
The spindle 8 rotates so that the twist opposite to the twist is twisted, and the twisted yarn tube yarn 3 is wound up.
Figure 2 is an enlarged view of the completed untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn.
A synthetic fiber filament 2 is wound around the outer periphery of the spun yarn 1 to maintain a spiral shape. Example 1 After making a left-twist 250T/M, 14 count single yarn with acrylic fiber (Kanebo acrylic) 3 denier, 102 bias cut fiber using the worsted spinning method, one of these yarns and a nylon filament (30D/
10F) One line was drawn parallel to the other. Next, the nylon filament yarn is fed to a twisting machine and twisted at 250T/M in the right-handed direction, thereby untwisting the 14th single yarn and twisting the nylon filament yarn in the right-handed direction.
It was wound with a twist count of 250T/M. As a result, the nylon filament yarn was wound around the acrylic spun yarn to form a wall twist, resulting in a non-twisted yarn-like twisted yarn. The yarn quality of the obtained untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn is as shown in Table 1.
The yarn was comparable in comparison to the conventional yarn for comparison.

[Table] When Meyer blankets were manufactured using each yarn, the number of napping was approximately
In contrast to about 10 times, with the product of the present invention, only one time was required, and the resulting blanket was rich in volume, elasticity, and extremely elegant. Example 2 Using 60 count wool fiber, Z
After making a 20 count single yarn with a twist of 410T/M, set one of these yarns and one nylon filament yarn (20D/10F) in a twisting machine, and after aligning them in parallel, top roller 5 and bottom It is guided through the roller 6 to the twisting zone to the spindle 8, and is 410T/
M was twisted. 20 by such operation
The twist of 410T/M in the Z twist direction that had been added to the count single yarn was unwound, and the nylon filament yarn was newly wound around the wool yarn with a twist number of 410T/M in the S twist direction. . By this operation, the wool portion became a fiber bundle with almost no twists, and the nylon filament yarn took a form that prevented the untwisted wool fiber bundle from coming apart. When knitted boa was made using this yarn using a seal milling machine, the product had excellent volume, density, and elasticity. The yarn quality of the obtained untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn is as shown in Table 2, and the yarn was in no way inferior to the yarn manufactured by the conventional method as a comparative product.

[Table] Effects of the Invention The untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn of the present invention is completely different from conventional spun yarns, and has an appearance and feel that is not only good as a yarn, but also the appearance and feel of a knitted fabric or tufted fabric made from it. It has a unique shape, texture, and properties that are completely different from conventional products. The non-twisted yarn-like twisted yarn according to the present invention is particularly effective when applied to so-called raised products, such as cut pile carpets, pile boas, Meyer blankets, etc., in which the loops are incised and a raised finish is performed after fiberization or knitting. This shows that. In addition, the untwisted yarn-like twisted yarn according to the present invention has the advantage that there is no need to further install special equipment, and conventional spinning equipment can be used in almost its original state. When supplied to the manufacturing of products, since the raw yarn essentially already has a structure of non-twisted yarn, the operation in the raising process is extremely simplified, and in some cases, the raising process can be omitted and the process can be carried out after weaving or knitting. , it is even possible to proceed directly to a shearing process.
