[Detailed description of the invention] "Purpose of the invention" This invention relates to the invention of a material for dust-free clothing, which does not have electrostatic damage such as electric shock, and has dust-free, dust-proof, and antistatic properties. The aim is to provide a material from which dust-free clothing with excellent comfort and chemical resistance can be obtained.

Problems that the invention aims to solve: However, it is clear that the conventional dust-free clothing mentioned above has countless through-holes between the fibers, which has the disadvantage of allowing dust to pass through, and also causing dust to be generated in the fibers themselves. It has dust properties. Therefore, even if it is called a clean garment, in reality it cannot help but be incomplete.

EXAMPLE To explain the specific embodiment of the invention as described above, as shown in the attached drawings, the present inventors have repeatedly studied the possibility of obtaining a dust-free garment as described above, and have developed a continuous porous garment. We have found that polytetrafluoroethylene membrane is a preferred material for this purpose. That is, some specific examples of the structure of a continuous porous film produced by stretching polytetrafluoroethylene are as shown in FIGS. Figure 1 shows the case where it is stretched in multiple directions, and Figure 2 shows the case where it is stretched in one direction, but in either case, the maximum diameter is 0.01. ~
It is fine, about 0.5 μm, and does not generate dust in itself, and because of its fine structure, it has excellent dust resistance.

However, after repeated studies on how to properly laminate such fabrics to obtain the above-mentioned dust-free clothing, it was found that since it is an insulating material, static electricity generated by contact with other objects may cause electrostatic shocks and other electrostatic shocks, as well as dust adsorption phenomena. It was confirmed that the above-mentioned characteristics cannot be fully utilized. Therefore, in the present invention, after further investigation, the stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene film 1 as described above was used as a third film.
In addition to forming the surface layer as shown in the figure, conductive fibers 3 such as stainless steel fibers are arranged between the base layer 2 which is a separately prepared suitable knitted fabric or a stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene resin film. The conductive fibers are preferably bonded together by laminating or the like.
Arrange them parallel to each other at equal intervals as shown in the figure. That is, even if the film 1, which is an insulating material, is charged with static electricity due to frictional contact or the like, it can cause corona discharge and quickly remove the charged charge, and has no dust generation.
It can be obtained as a material that is dustproof and has antistatic properties.

``Effects of the invention'' The invention as explained above eliminates static electricity disturbances such as electric shock in this kind of dust-free clothing, and imparts not only dust-free and dust-proof properties but also desirable anti-static properties. As a result, it is possible to ensure excellent dust-free properties, so this is a highly effective idea in practical terms.
