央部に雌ネジを開設した構成とし、保持ブツシユ
は、支軸部用の摺動受け穴とその奥に弾材収納室
とボルト用貫通孔とを形設した構成とし、保持ブ
ツシユの弾材収納室内に、軸方向に拡縮可能な弾
性部材を収納すると共にテーパーガイドピンの支
軸部を保持ブツシユの摺動受け穴に嵌め、保持ブ
ツシユのボルト用貫通孔から挿通した調節用ボル
トが、弾性部材を貫通して支軸部の雌ネジに螺入
結合されていることを特徴とする成形金型用ガイ
ド部構造を要旨としている。

快に成形することが可能となり、また、修正加工
の必要が生じても従来のようにテーパガイドピン
であるがために要求された高い加工寸法精度が不
要となる等の効果がある。

その奥に弾材収納室とボルト用貫通孔とを形成

に、軸方向に拡縮可能な弾性部材を収納すると
共にテーパガイドピンの支軸部を保持ブツシユ
の摺動受け穴に嵌め、保持ブツシユのボルト用
貫通孔から挿通した調節用ボルトが、弾性部材
を貫通して支軸部の雌ネジに螺入結合されてい
