【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ピンゲート用金型プレート引張り用
部材に関するものである。

従来の技術 従来のピンゲート用金型プレート引張り部材
は、強度調整用ネジにプラスチツク部材を嵌着し
たものを用いた。したがつて、この部材はいちい
ちプレートに直接螺着しなければならないことに
なる。その結果、プレート側にねじ部を内設しな
ければならず、工作上は勿論のこと、取扱上にお
いても不便があつた。またプレート側のねじ部が
損傷した場合には、プレート全体を取かえなけれ
ばならない不都合が生じていた。このように従来
の部材は工作面、コスト面、操作面等種々の面に
欠陥があり、実用性がなかつた。

問題点を解決するための手段 本考案は、上記の如き問題点を解決するために
案出したものであつて、六角レンチ穴付の強度調
整用ネジと、プラスチツク素材を筒状に成形加工
したプラスチツク部材と、一端に芯ずれ防止用の
リブおよび周面に回転防止用の切欠面とを成形加
工した止め用カプラとを設け、前記強度調整用ネ
ジを介してプラスチツク部材と止め用カプラとを
挿着して成るピンゲート用金型プレート引張り部
材にすることによつて、すべての問題点を解決す
ることができる。

実施例とその作用 第1図は、本考案のピンゲート用金型プレート
引張り部材を示したものであり、強度調整用ネジ
1とプラスチツク部材2と止め用カプラ3の3つ
の部品から成つている。各部品はイ図に示すよう
に強度調整用ネジ1は、六角レンチ穴付のネジ棒
であり、プラスチツク部材2はプラスチツク素材
を筒状に成形加工してあり、止め用カプラ3は一
端に芯ずれ防止用リブ5と周面に回転防止用切欠
面4とを成形加工してある。この各部品はロ図に
示すような強度調整用ネジ1を介して、プラスチ
ツク部材2と止め用カプラ3とを接合させて挿着
してある。すなわち、強度調整用ネジ1にプラス
チツク部材2を挿着し、更に止め用カプラ3を螺
着すれば本案引張り部材Pを組立てることができ
る。6は止め用のカプラ3の止め用ネジである。

になる。なお、プレート7の嵌合穴8の挿入部分
のコーナーがR加工されているので、引張り部材
Pの嵌合が容易となる。
