である。 FIG. 1 shows an example of an apparatus for carrying out the present invention, in which a decorating means 4 for a painting process is formed at a predetermined position on a conveyor belt 1. As shown in FIG.
The conveyor belt 1 is hung endlessly between a drive roller and a driven roller (not shown), and the upper side of the belt, which is the conveyor side, is supported horizontally by support rollers 2 to 2, and the tile molded products 3 to 2 are supported horizontally by support rollers 2 to 2. 3 can be conveyed in a fixed direction. The decorating means 4 includes a soft transfer roller 5, a printing plate roller 6 serving as a printing plate, a scraping plate 10, and a pigment supply tank 8 for supplying decoration pigment. The transfer roller 5 is made of polyurethane, silicone resin, or rubber and has a constant outer diameter, and is pressable and rotatably supported on the upper surface of the tile molded product 3 placed on the conveyor belt 1. The plate roller 6 is made of a hard material such as metal or synthetic resin and has a constant outer diameter, and has a predetermined concave pattern 7 for painting such as a marble pattern formed on the circumferential surface, and is in circumferential contact with the transfer roller 5. It is rotatably supported. Although the depth of the concave pattern 7 in this example is 10 μm, it can be made deeper as desired. The pigment supply tank 8 is arranged on the transfer roller 5, and the decorative pigment 9 inside can be supplied from a slit 8A at the bottom of the tank. The scraping plate 10 is in contact with the circumferential surface of the plate roller 6 and
The purpose is to remove excess decorative pigment 9 adhering to the surface.

A tile molding die is disposed in the preceding process of the conveyor belt 1, and a tile molded product 3 of a predetermined shape is molded from green tile dough. The tile molded product 3 is placed on the conveyor belt 1 with the surface facing upward.
A fixing agent for the decorative pigment 9 is applied to the surface of the arranged tile molded products 3 by a coating means (not shown), and then a painting process is carried out. The above-mentioned fixing agent may be used alone or in a mixture of about 5% of the fixing agent with the glaze. The fixing agent used in this example is DM-758 manufactured by Hoechst Synthetic Co., Ltd., mixed with water for 30 minutes.

The painting pigment in this example is an alumina/zinc color pigment.
100 parts by weight, 20 parts by weight of a sizing agent (Pitsutatsu S1007 manufactured by Riyowa Co., Ltd.), and 50 parts by weight of a wetting agent consisting of a mixture of molasses and glycerin (1:1) with good adhesion. was used. In addition,
The above-mentioned fixing agent and sizing agent are made of synthetic resin components and are eliminated during the final firing of the tile molded product. The decoration pigment 9 is evenly supplied to the circumferential surface of the plate roller 6 from the slit 8A of the pigment supply tank 8. Plate roller 6
The decoration pigment 9 supplied to the plate roller 6 is scraped off by the scraping plate 10, and the decoration pigment 9 is left on the concave pattern portion of the plate roller 6, and the excess decoration pigment 9 on the outer periphery of the concave pattern is scraped off by the scraping plate 10. removed on 10.

Further, in the present invention, since the decorative pigment is attached to a tile molded product coated with a fixing agent for the decorative pigment, the adhesiveness of the decorative pigment can be made high. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the tile molded product can be directly painted, there is no need for the conventional process of calcining the tile molded product for painting, which simplifies the painting process and is economical. It can be done.
