記内周面に冷却流体を導出して焼入れを行う高周
波焼入れ装置であつて、コイル支持本体と前記コ
イル支持本体に着脱自在に装着される中空状の加
熱コイルと当該コイル支持本体に着脱自在に装着
され前記内周面に冷却流体を導出する冷却ジヤケ
ツトを具備し、コイル支持本体は前記冷却ジヤケ
ツトに冷却流体を供給する第1の通路と前記加熱
コイル内の通路に冷却流体を供給する第2の通路
とを形成すると共に、前記第1および第2通路を
当該冷却ジヤケツトおよび加熱コイルをコイル支
持本体に対し位置決めするための嵌合部として構
成することを特徴とする筒状部品の内周面高周波
