される第1の液圧制御機構と、該第1の液圧制御
機構を開方向に付勢する第1のスプリングと、該
第1のスプリングに抗して、前記第1の液圧制御
機構を一時的に閉鎖し、第2の液室の液圧を一定
割合で減圧するために前記プランジヤの前部に設
けた第1の液室の液圧が作用する受圧軸部と、該
受圧軸部の周囲に嵌合し第1の液室の液圧が軸方
向に作用する前部受圧面が大径で、後部受圧面が
小径の段付スリーブと、該段付スリーブを前方向
へ付勢する第2のスプリングと、該第2のスプリ
ングに抗して前記第1の液圧制御機構を常開状態
に保持するために前記段付スリーブとプランジヤ
