バポレータに冷媒を供給するコンプレツサ１と、
当該コンプレツサ１から前記エバポレータへの冷
媒供給量を調整する容量調整手段５とを備えた自
動車用空気調和装置であつて、 エンジンの再起動を検出する再起動検出手段４
と、当該エンジンの冷却水温を検出する水温セン
サ３と、前記再起動検出手段４によつてエンジン
の再起動が検出された際に、前記水温センサ３に
よつて検出された冷却水温が第１の設定値未満で
あれば、前記コンプレツサ１を通常制御し、当該
冷却水温が第２の設定値よりも大きければ前記コ
ンプレツサ１を不作動とし、前記冷却水温が第１
及び第２の設定値の範囲内にあるときには前記容
量調整手段５を作動させて前記エバポレータへの
冷媒供給量を絞る制御手段２とを有することを特
