(Background of the invention) An electric sprayer used for gardening etc. consists of a main body case and a tank that house a pump, motor, etc. The water and chemical solution in the tank is sucked up by the pump and sent to the nozzle to spray on the trees. It is now being sprayed on plants, flowers, etc. This type of electric sprayer is widely used in which a power source battery is housed in the main body case and a pump drive motor is driven by the battery for ease of handling and ease of spraying work. By the way, when performing spraying work with an electric sprayer, it is unavoidable that water or chemical liquid will come into contact with the outer surface of the main body case, but the battery exchange port of this kind of conventional electric sprayer is exposed and formed on the outer surface of the main body case. Since the lid was attached to the lid so that it could be opened and closed, water and chemicals could enter the main body case through gaps in the lid attachment, causing corrosion and deterioration of the battery and battery contact plates. Ta. Furthermore, during spraying work or transportation, the lid material was often damaged due to tree branches, utensils, etc. hitting or getting caught on the lid material.

(Summary of the invention) The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and the purpose of the invention is to provide an electric sprayer that is free from the risk of liquid chemicals or water infiltrating into the main body case from the battery exchange port. be. To this end, the present invention provides an electric sprayer that includes a main body case that houses a pump, a pump drive motor, and a power battery, and a tank that is attached to the main body case. It is formed on the wall of the case facing the tank. By doing so, the battery exchange port is hidden by the tank when the main body case and the tank are connected, and there is no possibility that water or chemical solution will infiltrate into the main body case from the battery exchange port.

A threaded pipe 26 is erected at the center of the upper surface of the tank 2, and by screwing the threaded pipe 26 into the connecting pipe 23, the tank 2 is removably connected to the main body case 1. Reference numeral 28 is a pedestal of the tank 2, and a plurality of recesses 29 are formed on the bottom surface of the pedestal.By inserting a fingertip into the recesses 29 and rotating the tank 2, the tank 2 can be attached to and removed from the main body case 1. When the tank 2 is coupled to the main body case 1, the battery exchange port 10 faces the top surface 27 of the tank 2. Further, in this state, foreign matter is prevented from entering between the main body case 1 and the tank 2 by the guard wall portion 1a at the lower part of the main body case 1. By forming the battery exchange port 10 in the bottom wall 3 of the main body case 1 facing the tank 2 in this manner, various advantages can be obtained. In other words, when spraying water or chemical solutions with an electric sprayer, it is unavoidable that the water or chemical solution splashes onto the main body case, but the battery exchange port of conventional electric sprayers is exposed and formed on the outer surface of the main body case. As a result, there was a weak point where water and chemical solutions could enter through the gaps between the lid and the battery, causing corrosion and deterioration of the internal batteries and battery contact plates. On the other hand, this battery exchange port 10
is formed on the bottom wall 3 of the main body case 1 facing the tank 2, and is completely hidden by the tank 2 when the main body case 1 and the tank 2 are combined.
Even if water or chemical liquid gets into the main body case 1 during the spraying operation, it is reliably prevented from entering into the main body case 1 through the exchange port 10. In addition, there is no risk of water or chemicals entering from the battery exchange port 10.
The lid material 11 does not necessarily have to have a watertight structure,
This has the advantage of simplifying the structure. Furthermore, there is no possibility that the lid material 11 will be damaged due to being hit by tree branches, utensils, etc. In addition to the rotary type described above, the cover attached to the battery exchange port 10 may be of other types such as a sliding type or a fitting type.

(Other Embodiments) FIGS. 6 and 7 show other embodiments of the present invention, in which a battery exchange port 30 is formed in the bottom wall 3 in the shape of a circular hole, and its diameter is that of the battery 12. slightly larger than Reference numeral 31 denotes a battery 1 consisting of a leaf spring extending from the inner wall of the main body case 1 toward the battery exchange port 30.
2 and 12 are support frames, 32 is a battery holding frame, and 33 and 34 are battery contact plates provided on the lower surface of the frame 32 and the upper surface of the bottom wall 3.

The batteries 12, 12 are installed by separating the tank 2 from the main body case 1, inserting it through the exchange port 30, and sliding it toward the support frame 31 side. In this embodiment, the exchange port 30 is not fitted with a lid, but the exchange port 30 is attached to the bottom wall 3 facing the tank 2.
Therefore, there is no risk of water or chemical solution entering into the main body case 1 from the exchange port 30 during the spraying operation. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate the need for a lid material for closing the battery exchange port, which not only simplifies the structure of the main body case 1 but also makes it possible to easily and quickly replace the batteries 12, 12. There are advantages to doing so.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, in the electric sprayer according to the invention, the exchange port 10 of the power battery 12 is connected to the main body case 1.
Since it is formed on the wall portion 3 facing the tank 2, there is no risk of water or chemical solution entering the main body case 1 during spraying, and unlike conventional ones, there is no need to use the lid material. Tree branches and objects will not be damaged by hitting them. In addition, the lid material does not need to have a watertight structure, and furthermore, the lid material can be omitted, resulting in various effects such as the ability to simplify the shape and structure of the main body case 1.
