られて成る極低温冷凍機において、少なくとも前
記コールドヘツドと前記冷却部材の一方に２０Ｋ
以下の温度での熱容量が０．２Ｊ／cm3Ｋ以上で
ある材質から成る蓄冷材を密接させたことを特徴
