差を設けて内加圧室を形成せしめ、ピストンに作
用する流体圧が相互に対向するように内外の加圧
室を設け、一方を常時加圧室、他方を交番加圧室
とし、交番加圧室にピストンとスプールの相互作
用で流体圧を給排せしめてピストンを振動せしめ
