Elevator cars are equipped with lighting lights, and power outage lights are installed in case the lighting lights go out. If there is a malfunction in this power outage light, the interior of the elevator car will be in darkness during the lighting power outage, so it is necessary to inspect the power outage light to confirm whether it is operating normally.

Conventionally, the operation of this power outage light has been confirmed by cutting off the power supply for the lighting lights in the elevator car, turning on the power outage light, and checking whether the power outage light comes on or not, or even if it lights up, its illuminance is low. This was done by visually determining whether the illuminance was sufficient or not by a maintenance engineer, or by measuring the illuminance with an illuminance meter. When performing this inspection method, the inspector moves the elevator car to the top floor, walks to the machine room, turns off the power to the lights, and then returns to the car and checks the lighting status. It was extremely tedious and troublesome to have to go through the procedure of checking, and after checking, going back to the machine room and turning on the power for the illumination lights. Incidentally, if the number of inspectors is two, the above-mentioned troublesomeness will be eliminated, but it is clear that this is not preferable in terms of work efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention cuts off the power supply for the lighting lights of the elevator car in the machine room, thereby detecting the light beam of the power outage light by the detection means, and detecting that the received light beam has an illuminance equal to or higher than a predetermined illuminance. When the detection means outputs an output to activate a sounding device such as a buzzer, the sound is transmitted to the machine room via the interphone in the car, and the inspector can hear the sound and turn on the power outage light. It is characterized in that it is designed to perform an inspection.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. Now, by turning on the changeover switch 13, the voltage of the power supply 10 is monitored by the Zener diode 11 and the indicator lamp 12. If the voltage satisfies the predetermined value, the indicator lamp 12 lights up and the inspection is started. Indicates that execution is possible. On the other hand, voltage stabilizer 1
4 and a power supply 10 are connected, and a voltage stabilizer 14 applies a predetermined constant voltage E to the test circuit.

The light receiving device 8a is composed of an element that changes its electrical resistance value depending on the amount of light received, and the resistance value decreases as the amount of light received is large. Therefore, if
When the inspector cuts off the power to the lighting lamp 6 as described above, if the power outage lamp 7 lights up normally, the light receiving device 8
The resistance value of a decreases. Therefore, the transistor 16 becomes conductive, and the buzzer 8b operates to generate a buzzer sound. This buzzer sound is captured by the interphone 5 and transmitted to the machine room, where an inspector listens to the buzzer sound and determines that the power outage light is normal. If the power outage light 7 does not turn on even if the power to the illumination light 6 is cut off, or if the power outage light 7 does not turn on even if it turns on, it does not turn on normally and does not reach the predetermined illuminance, the resistance value of the light receiving device 8a is high and the transistor 16 is Since there is no continuity and the buzzer 8b does not operate,
The inspector could not hear the buzzer and the power outage light 7
can tell when something is wrong. A predetermined illuminance of the power outage light 7 can be set by adjusting the variable resistor 15.

With this configuration, inspectors can check whether the power outage lights are lighting at a predetermined level of illuminance or not by simply turning off the power for the lighting lights in the machine room and listening to the buzzer. Therefore, a round trip between the elevator car and the machine room can be completed only once, and inspection can be performed easily and quickly.

As described above, in the present invention, the light from the power outage light is received by the detection means, and when the illuminance of the light is above a predetermined value, the sound generating device is activated and the sound is transmitted to the machine room via the interphone. Therefore, the inspection of the power outage light can be carried out easily and quickly by one inspector.
