ドラム11の中央透孔13に嵌合する。又上記脚
8の上面には小短円筒14を立設し、同円筒14
内に発条6を内蔵し、かつ同発条6に支持される
制動ピン7を摺動自在に嵌合し、同ピン7の上端
を上記凹部5に発条6の力で圧入し、同ピン7の
上端面にテーパー面を形成することによつて受板
3を制動状態に回動させることができる。尚図中
15で示すものはケーブル、16は脚8の外周に
設けた滑り止め用ゴムである。
