て引つ掛ける係止部が、前記特定形状の一部を構
成して平面内で横に延びるよう形成され、
上部には、常時は保持具が垂れ下がつて袋口が
塞がれ、該上部をほぼ中心として保持具を引き起
こして袋口を開口可能にする取付部が設けられた
