Description
「産業上の利用分野」
この発明は施術後にメルカプト臭のしないコー
ルドウエーブ第1剤に関する。
「従来の技術」
従来のコールドウエーブ第1剤としては、チオ
グリコール酸アンモニウムおよびアルカリ剤が使
用されており、当該剤に毛髪のケラチン物質誘導
体を配合した方法等も知られている。しかしなが
ら、上記方法ではある程度毛髪の損傷は防止出来
るが、毛髪蛋白ケラチンをチオグリコール酸で還
元することにより発生するメルカプト臭は除去出
来なかつた。又、この特異的な不快臭を除き毛髪
の損傷を防止する目的でシステインパーマも行わ
れているが、ウエーブ形成力が弱く難点があつ
た。
「発明が解決しようとする問題点」
本発明はパーマ施術後にメルカプト臭のしない
新規なコールドウエーブ第1剤を提供することを
技術的課題とする。
「問題点を解決するための手段」
本発明者は(特願昭60−209550号において)従
来のコールドウエーブ第1剤に中性にした糖醗酵
液を添加した、パーマ処理中および後に不快臭の
しないコールドウエーブ第1剤を提案している。
本発明者は前記発明について研究を続行し、糖
醗酵液中に生成された物質を分析調査し、その成
分であるアミノ酸類、有機酸類、ビタミン類、ア
ルコール、アルデヒド、ケトン、グルタチオン、
又は無機塩類をコールドパーマ第1剤に各1%
(重量)添加してメルカプト臭の有無を検査した
結果、グルタチオンに消臭効力のあることを解明
し、本発明を完成させるに至つた。
なお理美容技術者男女10名により行つた上記官
能検査の結果は第1表に示す通りである。

グルタチオンの最小有効量算定のために、グル
タチオン1%水溶液を基準とし、10倍希釈による
方法でメルカプト臭の有無の官能検査をした結果

以上の結果よりグルタチオンは微量でその効力
を発揮し、コールドウエーブ第1剤に対して、
0.001%以上、好適には0.005%以上添加すれば所
期の目的を達成することが判明した。
グルタチオンは動植物に存在するペプチドの一
つであり、生体内である種の酸化還元反応に関与
するものである。そして糖醗酵液および、特に酵
母体内に多く(通常2〜3%)含有さており、通
常前記各物質から抽出して使用される。本発明の
グルタチオンとしては、高純度に精製されたも
の、またはグルタチオンを高濃度に含有する溶液
を使用するのが好適である。
以下実施例をあげて本発明を説明する。
「実施例」
下記組成のコールドウエーブ第1剤で毛髪を室
温で15分間処理後、第2剤(臭素酸ナトリウム
6.5%)で室温で15分間処理後水洗いした。
・ チオグリコール酸アンモニウム(50%)
13.0(%)
・ エデト酸ナトリウム 0.1
・ 強アンモニア水(28%) 1.5
・ グルタチオン 0.005
・ 精製水 85.395
結果はカールは良好であり、毛髪の損傷はな
く、メルカプト臭も感じられなかつた。
「発明の効果」
微量のグルタチオンを添加した本発明のコールド
ウエーブ第1剤を使用することによつて、パーマ
施術中および後の強烈なメルカプト臭を除去する
ことが出来る。グルタチオンは無色透明で呈色や
変色もなく安定であるため、当該物質を添加した
本発明のコールドウエーブ第1剤も又安定であ
