磁極歯と可動子の磁極歯を介してバイアス磁束の
閉ループを形成する永久磁石と、 固定子の各磁極歯に設けられ、可動子を移動さ
せるとき、前記バイアス磁束の閉ループと同極性
の磁束を発生すべく順次励磁される複数の駆動コ
イルと、 前記永久磁石の両極間近傍に、前記移動子にそ
の両端を係止された弾性体によつて支持された磁
性体であつて、前記駆動コイルが励磁されないと
き、前記バイアス磁束の一部をバイパスして永久
磁石に吸引され、前記駆動コイルが励磁されたと
き、この励磁磁束の閉ループの一部を前記永久磁
石と並行に形成することにより前記吸引が解除さ
れ前記弾性体によつて復帰するロツク部材と、 を備えたことを特徴とする平板状リニアパルスモ
