没入自在としたレバーで、5は円形断面の針金を
略2周長円状に折曲して外側リング部5aと内側
リング部5bを形成しその内側リング部5bと外
側リング部5aの間に書類等を挾入させる構造の
クリツプである。クリツプ5は一つ一つ分離した
存在ではなくホツチキスの針の如く所要数だけ積
層され一体的に接着された集積体を構成し、各々
は所要な剪断力により容易に分離可能である。次
に第2図乃至第5図は前後方向の要部縦断面を、
又第6図は、横方向の要部縦断面を夫々示したも
ので、先ず本体1はその下面を開口して幅広な両
横側面下縁位置にL形のガイドレール6,6′を
対設し、両ガイドレール6,6′間にはクリツプ
5の内側リング部5bは通過可能だが外側リング
部5aは通過不能な幅の間隙7を開設し、又、前
後面側面の下端部にはガイドレール6,6′に載
置したクリツプ集積体の最下端のクリツプ一つの
みを通過可能な高さに設定した通孔8,8′を開
設し、更に両横側面の後側部のガイドレール6,
6′より更に下方には側壁9,9′を延設して該側
壁内面の前側上端部に後述する揺動体10の両横
側縁部に衝合する傾斜板状のストツパー11,1
1′とそのやや後方に同じく揺動体10の両横側
縁部に下端を止着したコイルばね12,12′の
上端を掛止するピン13,13′を突設すると共
に、両側壁9,9′の下縁を連結する水平な底板
14の前端部には上面が前下がりに傾斜したカム
突起15を設置している。次にレバー3は容器本
体1の側壁9,9′の後側縁近傍位置に於て前述
したように支軸4により回動自在に連結している
が、その後側面16と挾着具本体1の後側面17
の間には両者を互いに離反させる方向に作用する
板ばね18を介装置しており、本体1とレバー3
とは本体1の底板14がレバー3の横側面に突設
したストツパー19,19′に衝止することによ
り通常の状態で所要角度開離した状態を維持す
る。挾着具本体1の両側壁9,9′の間には支軸
4を中心としてレバー3と一体的に回動する略4
半円形状の押圧体20がレバー3の後側面16に
突設されている。該押圧体20の幅は前述したガ
イドレール6,6′間の間隙7よりも狭く設定さ
れ、又、周縁面には段部21が形成されて、該段
部21を境として押圧体20は径大部20aと径
小部20bに分かれ、その径大部20aの支軸4
を中心とする半径はその周縁面が挾着具本体1の
後側面17の通孔8′を通過可能で且つガイドレ
ール6,6′に載置した最下端のクリツプ5の上
面より僅かに低い軌跡をとるよう設定され、又、
径小部20bの半径はその周縁面が最下端のクリ
ツプ5の下面より低い軌跡をとるよう設定されて
おり、段部21の位置はレバー3が板ばね18に
より本体1から最大限離反している通常の状態で
クリツプ6の後端面に当接する位置に設定されて
いる(第2図参照)。本体1の下方で側壁9,
9′の間には押圧体20と同様に支軸4により後
端を回動自在に支持された揺動体10が配されて
いる。該揺動体10は前述したようにコイルばね
12,12′により上方へ引張られ通常状態でス
トツパー11,11′に衝止して前上がりに傾斜
した姿勢を維持している。揺動体10には前端に
後方へ向いたフツク22を有する引掛片23が一
体的に揺動し且つ揺動体10に沿つて摺動自在で
フツクの変位が可能で通常状態ではその後端に突
設した受板24と揺動体10の前端面25との間
に介装したコイルばね26により後退した状態を
維持するように装着されている。この通常の状態
で引掛片23の先端のフツク22がガイドレール
6,6′に載置した最下端のクリツプ5の内側リ
ング部5bと外側リング部5aの中間に位置する
ように引掛片23の長さが設定されている(第2
図参照)。第2図の通常の状態から板ばね18に
抗してレバー3の後側面16を容器本体1の後側
面17に近接するよう所要角度揺動させると、レ
バー3に一体的に連動して押圧体20も回転し、
先ず段部21が最下端のクリツプ5の後端面を押
圧して前方へ移動させクリツプ5の内側リング部
5bが引掛片23のフツク22に嵌入して係合す
る。このとき押圧体20の径小部20bの前端面
がちようど揺動体10の上面に当接するように押
圧体20の形状は設計されている(第3図参照)。
更にレバー3を加圧すると押圧体20の回転によ
り揺動体10も押されてコイルばね12,12′
に抗して下動し、引掛片23も一体的に下端する
のでフツク22と係合した内側リング部5bが下
方へ引張られて撓みを生じ内側リング部5bと外
側リング部5aとが開離する(第4図参照)。こ
の状態でクリツプ止めの対象となる書類イ等を内
側リング部5bと外側リング部5aの開離した隙
間に挿入する。一定角度揺動体10が下動すると
引掛片23の後端の受板24が下縁がちようど挾
着具本体1の底板14のカム突起15の傾斜した
上面に当接するようにカム抜起15の位置が設定
されている(第4図参照)。従つてこの状態から
更にレバー3を押圧して揺動体10を更に若干下
動させると、引掛片23はカム突起15の傾斜し
た上面に押されて揺動体10に対し摺動してコイ
ルばね26を圧縮しながら前方へ突出しそのフツ
ク22がクリツプ5の内側リング部5aから外
れ、内側リング部5bは弾性復元して書類イが自
動的にクリツプ5の内側リング部5bと外側リン
グ部5aの間に挾着される(第5図参照)。レバ
ー3への押圧力を解除すると、板ばね18、コイ
ルばね26、コイルばね12,12′の復元力に
よつて第2図の状態を回復する。

作を継続することによつてフツクと内側リング部
との係合が解除され、クリツプによる紙の挾持を
自動的に行うことができる。すなわち、クリツプ
の内側リング部と外側リング部を開離させる行程
と開離した状態から再び閉合させる行程とがレバ
ーの押圧操作及びその解除操作によつて自動的に
逐行されて書類等のクリツプ止めを極めて簡便化
することができるものである。
