合を示す図、第7図は従来の赤外線検知器の構成
例を示す断面図である。図において1は低温保持
容器、2は内筒、3は外筒、4はフランジ、5は
ウインド、6は赤外線検知素子、7はパツケージ
、8はジユールトムソン冷却器、14は金属線、
17はシールガラス、21,24はチツプオフ部
である。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同
一符号を付して示してある。
