合を示す図、第７図は従来の赤外線検知器の構成
例を示す断面図である。図において１は低温保持
容器、２は内筒、３は外筒、４はフランジ、５は
ウインド、６は赤外線検知素子、７はパツケージ
、８はジユールトムソン冷却器、１４は金属線、
１７はシールガラス、２１，２４はチツプオフ部
である。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同
一符号を付して示してある。
