して来たが、成形から製品の仕分けまでを一連の
作業とすることが出来ず、どうしても成形後のプ
レスによる打抜作業に人手を必要とし、手作業で
成形品の送り込み或いは製品の取出しバリの除去
等の搬送を行つていたために初期の目的がなかな
か達成することが出来す、ダイカスト製品製造上
非常に不都合を感じていた。

ツチ20に接触して下型取付盤13の移動を停止

率が向上し災害発生率も小さくなり安全衛生上か
らもまた生産コスト面からも非常に合理的であ
り、他の装置との組合せによつては成型から取出
し、打抜、製品と一連の連続工程とすることが出
来る等多くの産業利用上優れた発明である。

[Claims] 1.
