Claims (1)

閉するドラム蓋と、前記ドラムにその径方向に変
位可能に取付けられ前記ドラム蓋の円周方向に沿
う辺部をその上から押える押え部材とを具備し、
この押え部材の外面部に前記ベルトを掛けて駆動
