The washer/dryer described above includes an outer tank housing a rotating drum for washing and drying laundry, an upstream end communicating with the outer tank, and a downstream end communicating with the rotating drum through the outer tank. Furthermore, a drying air circulation path having a fan and a heater is provided inside the casing, and a heat exchanger for removing water from the humidified air being circulated is provided upstream of the heater in the air circulation path. It is being In this washer/dryer, when drying laundry after washing, humidified air containing moisture extracted from the laundry by the rotation of the rotating drum is sucked into the air circulation path by the rotation of the fan, and the heat exchanger for water removal is used. By cooling the air sucked in, the moisture in the humidified air is condensed and removed, and the dry air is reheated with a heater and blown out to the rotating drum, where it is applied to the laundry, and the above operation is repeated again. There is. The above-mentioned integrated washer/dryer usually uses an air-cooled heat exchanger for water removal, but in order to improve heat exchange performance, conventional methods have been proposed, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-41595. Some were equipped with a water-cooled heat exchanger for water removal in the air circulation path. A washer/dryer equipped with a conventional water-cooled heat exchanger for water removal in the air circulation path sprays cooling water through a nozzle into the upstream part of the air circulation path during drying operation, and cools the humidified air sucked into the air circulation path. This air is cooled by bringing it into contact with a stone remover, and the condensed moisture in the air and the sprayed water are separated from the air and pumped out of the aircraft through the air circulation path.

[Example] An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are a sectional front view and a partially sectional right side view showing the overall configuration of a fully automatic washer/dryer according to an embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, inside the casing 1, which has a low front side and an inclined upper surface 1a, there is an outer tank 2, which is rotatably supported in the outer tank 2, and a body part 3.
A rotary drum 3 in which a large number of small holes 3a are formed is disposed in b, and the rotary drum 3 is configured to be rotated by a drive motor 4. Note that the above configuration is the same as that of a conventional integrated type fully automatic washer/dryer. In this embodiment, the drying air circulation path 5 is connected to the casing 1.
The right end of the air circulation path 5 in FIG. The left end in Figure 1 is the outer tank 2.
It is connected to a warm air blowing lower provided in the center of the left end wall 2a. A fan 9 driven by a fan motor 8 is provided in the middle of the air circulation path 5, and a water-cooled heat exchanger for water removal is provided between the fan 9 of the air circulation path 5 and the hot air flow fan 6! #10 is provided. This heat exchanger]0 has a body 10a of an outer cylinder whose both ends are partitioned by a partition plate Ob, and a cooling water chamber 10c is formed inside the body surrounded by the body 10a and the partition plate 10). There is. Cooling water chamber 1. A large number of circulating air pipes 10d are arranged in the axial direction of the outer cylinder, and both ends of the circulating air pipes 10d are fixed to the partition plate 10b, and the cooling water chamber 10 in the outer cylinder is fixed to the partition plate 10b.
c Both ends are opened outward. The outer cylinder of the heat exchanger 10 has a cooling water chamber], a cooling water outlet 11a at the lower left end in Fig. 1, and a cooling water outlet 1 at the upper right end.
b are opened, respectively, and a cooling water chamber 10 c at the bottom of the outer cylinder.
A dehumidifying water outlet logo 2 is opened on the outer left side of FIG. 1, that is, on the downstream side of the circulating air. Further, a heater 13 is disposed between the fan 9 in the air circulation section 5 and the warm air blowing lower part. A hot air outlet 4 is provided on the left end plate of the rotary drum 3 in FIG. A tank] 6 is provided at the lower part of the interior of the cooker 16, and the other end of a cooling water supply channel 18, one end of which opens at the bottom of the cooker 16, is connected to the cooling water port 1]a of the heat exchanger 10. A filter 19 and a polyp 20 are provided in the cooling water supply channel 18 in this order from the tank 16 side toward the cooling water port 11a side. A washing water supply valve 2] and a rinsing water supply valve 23 are provided in parallel on the upper rear surface of the cane knob, and a washing water supply path 22 connected to the two washing water supply valves has a detergent box 3. Washing water is directly supplied into the rotating drum 3 from the downstream side of the rotary drum 31. A rinsing water supply path 24 connected to the rinsing water supply valve 23 joins the washing water supply path 22 on the downstream side of the detergent box 31. A cooling water discharge passage 25 whose second flow end is connected to the cooling water outlet 11a, and a dehumidified water discharge passage 26 whose upstream end is connected to the dehumidified water outlet 12 are connected to the connecting pipe 27, and the dehumidified water discharge passage 26 is connected to the downstream end of the connecting pipe 27. The pipe 27 and an overflow drain pipe 34 connected to the upper end of the tank 16 are connected to the external drain 17. Drainage channel 3 whose upstream end is connected to the inner bottom of the outer PaZ
0 is connected to the tank 16 at its downstream end via a drain valve 29 and a fluid 35. An overflow drainage channel 28 whose upstream end is connected to the vertically intermediate portion of the rear part of the outer tank 2
are joined between the drain valve 29 of the drain channel 30 and the +C drain 35. In FIG. 1, reference numerals 32 and 33 are washing water guide rings provided on the end wall of the outer tub 22 and the rotating drum 3. Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. First, the washing water supply valve 2 is opened, and the washing water made of tap water is passed through the detergent box 3 to dissolve the detergent in the box 31 and supply it to the rotating drum 3. The laundry stored in the rotating drum 3 is washed by rotating the rotating drum 3 using the supplied washing water. Next, the rinsing water supply valve 23 is opened, and rinsing water consisting of tap water is supplied into the rotating drum 3 from the rinsing water supply path 24 to perform rinsing. Washing water: By opening the drain valve 29 in a timely manner, the washing water is led into the tuck 16 through the drain channel 3o, and is also led into the tuck 16 from the overflow drain @ 28 as appropriate. When the washing is finished, the tank 16 is filled with washing water and rinsing water. After that, dewatering operation is performed, and in this case, the rotating drum 3 rotates at high speed, but since the tank 16 provided at the bottom of the casing 1 is full of water,
The washer/dryer has a low center of gravity and high stability, so there is little vibration. Note that when a large amount of water is introduced into the tank 16 due to washing, rinsing, and dehydration, the water in the tank 16 is drained to the outside of the machine through the overflow drain pipe 34 and the external drain channel 17. Following dehydration, a drying operation is performed, and during the drying operation, the water stored in the tank 16 is pumped up by the drive of the pop-up 2O, and is sent as first cooling water from the cooling water supply conduit 8 through the cooling water port 11a to the heat exchanger. 10 cooling water chambers 10c. In addition, the fan 9 is driven by the fan motor 8, and the dry humidified air in the outer tank 2 is sucked into the air circulation path 5 from the warm air flow 6, and the heat exchanger
0 to the circulating air pipe 10d, and humidified air is introduced into the cooling water chamber],
The cooling tube is cooled by indirect contact with the cooling water supplied into the oven. Moisture contained in the cooled humidified air is condensed and removed, and the dry air is heated by the heater 13 to become warm air, which passes through the warm air blowing lower and the warm air outlet 15 of the hot air outlet 14, and then flows into the rotating drum 3. The air flows as shown by the white arrow in Fig. 1, removes moisture from the laundry, becomes humidified air, is sucked into the air circulation path 5 again via the outer tank 2, and is repeatedly circulated through the above-mentioned operations. . Cooling water chamber 1
The cooling water, which has undergone heat exchange with the humidified air passing through the circulating air pipe 10ti, overflows from the cooling water outlet 1] and b and is discharged to the cooling water discharge passage 25. The humidifying water of the condensed humidified air is sent to the dehumidifying water outlet]2
The dehumidified water is discharged from the dehumidified water to the dehumidified water discharge path 2e. Both discharges approx. 25゜2
The water discharged from 6 is joined to the connecting pipe 27, and the water discharged from the connecting pipe 2
7 to the outside discharge passage 17 by gravity, and is discharged outside the machine. In addition, the capacity of the tuck roller is set to about 60 I2 to satisfy the amount of cooling water used, based on the longest drying operation time. In the washer/dryer of this embodiment, a heat exchanger O is disposed in the rear upper part of the casing along the axial direction of the heat exchanger 10 in the left and right direction. Since the upper surface 1a of the air chamber 1 is higher at the rear, the diameter of the heat exchanger 10 can be increased.
The pressure loss can be easily reduced by increasing the number d. Effects of the Invention As explained above, according to the present invention, the water removal heat exchanger that cools the drying air by indirect contact with cooling water is provided in the drying air circulation path, so that no water is added during drying operation. The heat exchange efficiency of warmed and humidified drying air is better than that using air-cooled water removal heat exchange, and the water used for washing and rinsing is stored in a tank located at the bottom of the casing. Since the water stored in the tank is reused during drying operation to cool the drying air with the water removal heat exchanger, water can be used more efficiently and water can be saved, and a cooker has also been installed. Other than that, there is no complicated structure, and the tank is filled with water during dehydration operation, making the washer/dryer highly stable and vibration-free.
