When the tube is changed as described above, the spun yarn spun from the draft part passes from the traveler to the lower end of the empty bobbin and reaches the spindle, and the tail yarn becomes a loop winding and winds around the spindle. However, when restarting the yarn, the most preferable condition for spinning is that the yarn is stretched between the traveler and the draft part, so that there is a slight slack, no tension is applied to the yarn, and no snarl occurs. It is desirable that there be.

足な紡糸のロツドで停止させることが出来る。 However, in the past, even if the spinning machine was stopped (even if the power was turned off), it was impossible to immediately stop spinning due to inertia rotation, so unwound yarn remained between the traveler and the draft part. This results in the formation of many snarls, resulting in various problems such as yarn breakage and spinning yarn coming off the traveler when restarting. To deal with this, in recent years, measures have been taken to prevent the occurrence of snarl by reducing inertial rotation as much as possible by various means, such as applying a brake to the spinning machine at the same time as turning off the power. This countermeasure eliminates the conventional drawbacks caused by frequent occurrence of snarls, and the spinning rod between the traveler and the draft part has only a slight occurrence of snarls, and the spinning rod is almost satisfactory for restarting. You can stop it with .

定が非常に困難である。 However, as is clear from FIG. 7, after the full bobbin 1 is taken out, the tail thread 2a becomes a loop winding 3 and is wound around the spindle 4, and the spinning thread 2 reaches point A of the spindle 4 as shown by the imaginary line. is connected to the draft part 6 (not shown in FIG. 7) via the traveler 5. When an empty bobbin 7 is inserted into the spindle 4 in this state, the traveler 5
The spun yarn 2 from the to the point A of the spindle 4 is pushed by the lower end surface 7a of the empty bobbin 7, and when the insertion is completed, it is stretched from the traveler 5 through the lower end surface 7a of the empty bobbin 7 to the point B of the spindle 4. passed on. This is explained above in Traveler 5 and Traft Part 6, which were in an almost satisfactory state for rebooting.
This results in pulling down the spinning yarn 2 in between, and tension is applied to the spinning yarn 2 that is stretched with an appropriate amount of slack, which may cause yarn breakage due to the shot when restarting, or the lappet cannot be restored due to the tension applied to the spinning yarn 2. It has the disadvantage that thread breakage and the like occur due to this. In addition to this, as explained above, it is currently possible to stop the spinning machine in a spinning state that is almost satisfactory for restarting. It is impossible to make the length of the spinning 2 equal to the length of all the spindles, and even though there is already a variation when the spindle is stopped, this variation becomes even larger due to the insertion of the empty bobbin 7, and a restart is performed. Setting startup conditions is extremely difficult.

After stopping the spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part, guide the spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part to a position out of the normal yarn path using an appropriate yarn presser such as a yarn presser rod.
Set the spinning length between the traveler and the draft part to be at least a predetermined length, which is longer than the spinning length in the normal yarn path, and in that state, insert the empty bobbin into the spindle after removing the full bobbin from the spindle. The lower end surface of the empty bobbin pushes down the spinning yarn between the traveler and the spindle to tension the spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part, and guides the spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part to the above-mentioned predetermined length, and then the yarn The present invention is characterized in that the guiding operation of the spinning yarn by the presser means is restored to the old one to create a predetermined slack in the spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part.

As is well known, pipe changes in spinning machines are carried out in two ways: manually by humans and automatically by machines.Furthermore, in automatic pipe changes, a pipe change device is attached to the main body of the spinning machine, and all spindles are changed at once. There are two main types of doffing methods: the so-called simultaneous doffing method, in which the doffing machine moves intermittently along the front of the spinning machine, and the group doffing method, in which the doffing machine moves intermittently along the front of the spinning machine and repeatedly doffs every predetermined number of spindles. The present application is applicable to both manual and automatic methods, but in the description of the present application, it is a group lifting method, and has two sets of gripping tools, one for full bobbins and one for empty bobbins. The empty bobbin is located below the spindle, and the empty bobbin holding device has a peg embedded in it at a pitch corresponding to the spindle. is used), and when the bobbin on the spindle becomes full, the full bobbin gripper grips the full bobbin on the spindle, and the empty bobbin gripper grips the empty bobbin on the peg, and each grip The doffing machine is carried out by the doffing machine of Japanese Patent Publication No. 1981-8136, which was previously filed by the applicant, in which the tool is moved along a predetermined path and the full bobbin is replaced with a peg and the empty bobbin is replaced with a spindle. Let's explain the case.

いのでその詳細は省略する。 As is clear from the publication, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-8136, two sets of gripping devices for full bobbins and empty bobbins are moved up and down and back and forth by hydraulic cylinders to change the tubes. The device moves up and down on the front side of the doffing machine (the side facing the spinning machine), and the full bobbin gripping device moves up and down on the rear side, but in the present embodiment, the full bobbin gripping device does the opposite. Although the device moves up and down on the front side, this can be easily changed by the control mechanism of the cylinder, and the details of the moving mechanism of these gripping devices are omitted because they are not the subject of this application.

At this time, the spinning yarn 2 stretched between the draft part 6 and the traveler 5 has an appropriate amount of slack that causes a slight snarl 2b, which is sufficient for restarting the spinning machine 8. The state is as described above. As mentioned above, the full bobbin gripping device 10 and empty bobbin gripping device 11 of the doffing machine 9, which is stopped in front of the spinning machine 8, are on standby at points P1 and P11, respectively, and operate as follows to keep the bobbin full and empty. The bobbins 1 and 7 are exchanged, and in conjunction with this operation, the thread presser rod 14 operates as described below to achieve the purpose of the present invention.

5 comes into contact with the upright holding arm 17 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 10, and pushes it down to a horizontal position as shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, so that the thread presser rod 14 is The spinning yarn 2 stretched on the normal yarn path between the draft part 6 and the traveler 5 is pushed, and the spinning yarn is moved to a position away from the normal yarn path while stretching the slightly generated snarl 2b. Guided, Traveler 5 and Draft Part 6
When the slack in the spinning thread 2 between the threads is relatively small, the thread is stretched between the traveler 5, the thread presser rod 14, and the draft part 6 in a bent dogleg shape, and as a result, the slack between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6 is The length of the spinning yarn 2 is set to a predetermined length longer than the spinning length in a normal yarn path. Furthermore, when the spinning yarn 2 between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6 is relatively slack when the spinning machine is stopped, the traveler 5, the thread presser rod 14, and the draft part 6 are It is passed with some slack in the dogleg-shaped passageway that connects it.

る。 When the full and empty bobbins 1 and 7 are replaced as described above, the empty bobbin gripping device 11 descends to point P18, and the full bobbin gripping device 10 descends to point P7, and the empty bobbin 7 being gripped is moved to the spindle 4. The tube change is completed by inserting the full bobbin 1 into the peg 12a, but as explained above with reference to FIG. 7, when the full bobbin 1 is pulled out and the empty bobbin 7 is not inserted yet, The spinning yarn 2 from the loop winding 3 wound around the spindle 4 to the traveler 5 is stretched in a straight line between the point A of the spindle 4 and the traveler 5, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Therefore, the empty bobbin gripping device 11 that reached the P17 point in FIG.
When the empty bobbin 7 being held is inserted into the spindle 4 as shown in the figure, the lower end surface 7a of the empty bobbin 7 hits the spinning yarn 2 stretched between the traveler 5 from point A of the spindle 4 during insertion. When this is pushed down and the insertion is completed, the spinning yarn 2 passes from point B of the spindle 4 to the lower end surface 7a of the empty bobbin 7 and between the traveler 5, as shown by the solid line in FIG.
It is stretched to form two sides of a roughly triangular shape.

By pulling down the spinning yarn 2, the yarn path changed in the above process, the snarl 2 remains slightly.
The shape is such that it is pulled down while eliminating the snarl 2b, and even after the snarl 2b is completely eliminated, the spinning 2
When pressed, the tail thread 2 of the loop winding 3 section
By pulling out a, no tension is applied to the spinning 2 between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6, and when the insertion of the empty bobbin 7 is completed, the spinning between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6, where the yarn path was previously changed, is maintained. 2 is aligned to a predetermined length that is longer than the spinning length in a normal yarn path in all spindles. That is, in the present method, the yarn path is changed by first guiding the spinning yarn 2 between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6 to a position away from the normal yarn path, and then the empty bobbin 7 to be inserted is used to connect the spindle 4 and the traveler. By pushing down the spinning yarn 2 between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6, the spinning yarn 2 between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6 is aligned, and the spinning length between the two is made equal to the length of all the spindles.

再起動させるのに最も理想的な状況となる。 After the empty bobbins 1 and 7 have been inserted, the gripper 22 of the empty bobbin gripping devices 10 and 11 opens to release the grip, and the full bobbin gripping device 10 moves from point P7 to point P6 and P5 to point P1. , empty bobbin gripping device 1
1 goes from P18 point to P15 point and returns to P11 point,
The empty bobbin gripping device 11 starts from the P18 point as shown above.
When retracted to point P15, the pulling protrusion 16 pushes the engaging protrusion 20, and as shown in FIG. The spinning yarn 2 between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6, which had been guided to a position out of the normal yarn path by the rod 14, has returned to its original state, and the length between the traveler 5 and the draft part 6 is equal to the total spindle in the above example. The aligned spun yarn 2 is stretched, and the spun yarn is in a state in which there is slack due to the yarn being guided to a position out of the yarn path by the yarn presser rod 14, there is no snarl, and the spinning yarn is stretched over all spindles. This is the most ideal situation for restarting the spinning machine 8.

て少ない費用で実施できる実用上の効果がある。Effects As described above, in the present invention, by guiding the spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part to a position away from the normal yarn path, the yarn is made to be longer than the length in the normal path by a predetermined length, After that, the empty bobbin inserted into the spindle pushes down the spinning yarn between the spindle and the traveler to absorb the slack, and then returns the spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part to the normal yarn path, so that the spinning yarn is passed between the traveler and the draft part. In addition, it is possible to provide a slight slack that makes it difficult for the thread to break when restarting, and as a result, accidents such as the thread coming off the traveler or breaking when restarting can be prevented, and the cost is reduced by using a simple mechanism. There are practical effects that can be implemented.

止方法。1 After the bobbin is full and the spinning machine is stopped,
The spinning yarn between the traveler and the draft part is guided to a position away from the normal yarn path using an appropriate yarn holding means such as a yarn holding rod, so that the spinning length between the traveler and the draft part is longer than the spinning length in the normal yarn path. Insert the empty bobbin into the spindle after removing the full bobbin from the spindle, and push down the spinning yarn between the traveler and the spindle with the lower end of the empty bobbin to separate the traveler and the draft part. The spinning length between the traveler and the draft part is made to be the predetermined length by tensioning the spinning thread between the traveler and the draft part, and then guiding the thread between the traveler and the draft part. A method for preventing yarn breakage when changing tubes in a spinning machine by creating a predetermined slack in spinning.
