Claims (1)
- 互いに接合されるフランジ管継手の一方のフラ
ンジ面に形成された管周りのパツキング溝に金属
製のパツキングを嵌合し、該パツキングを他方の
フランジ管継手で弾発力を維持しつつ変形させて
フランジ管継手相互を気密に接続するフランジ管
継手の金属製パツキングにおいて、上記パツキン
グを、他方のフランジ管継手の接合初期に弾発力
を維持しつつ変形する半径方向外方のビード部分
と、このビード部分に対してビード高さが低く接
合後期に弾発力を維持しつつ変形する半径方向内
方のビード部分と、これらビード部分相互を管周
りに沿つて半径方向に接続する環状部分とから形
成したことを特徴とするフランジ管継手の金属製
パツキング。
