[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Application Field The present invention relates to a white root growing and spreading device used for growing green onions in greenhouse cultivation of vegetables.

Conventional technology and problems In order to cultivate green onions to increase the number of white roots, white root cultivation material must be piled up on the field to block sunlight, but this pile-up work must be done exclusively by hand. It was on. As a result, there are problems that work becomes inefficient, and that the piled up volume is initially high and eventually decreases as fatigue increases.
Due to this latter problem, there is a problem of variation in quality, with some crops having more white roots and others having less white roots.

Technical Means for Solving Problems The present invention was developed by focusing on the above problems and the fact that the white root growing material is mainly a powder or granular material. When driven, the white root growing material is spread and deposited on the field surface from the spreading pipe, and when the predetermined amount of deposition work is completed, the trolley is moved and the work of spreading and depositing is carried out on the next long onion cultivation row, and the same goes for the rest. The structure was constructed so that the work could be repeated.

How it works: When the white root growing material is put into the hopper and the conveyor is driven, it is automatically spread and deposited on the field from the spreading pipe.

Embodiment To explain the embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, the casing of the conveyor 3 is rotatably attached to a pair of pillars 5 assembled on the trolley 1, and the loading side and the unloading side can be alternately raised and lowered like a seesaw. A hopper 2 is provided above the carry-in side of the conveyor, and a bendable spreading pipe 4 is installed on the carry-out side. The conveyor 3 is a screw conveyor, a belt conveyor, or the like, and is driven by the drive rotation of a motor 6 installed on the cart 1, and conveys the white root growing material in the hopper 2 toward the spreading pipe 4. The conveyor 3 is rotatably attached to a pair of pillars 5 so that the delivery side can be raised or lowered depending on the growth of the green onions, and the inlet side of the spreading pipe 4 is connected to the delivery side. Although a flexible tube is illustrated as the distribution tube 4, it is not limited to this tube. A coarse wire mesh 7 is placed over the spray opening of the spray pipe 4, and white root cultivation material such as powder or granules is placed in the wire mesh 7.
to ensure uniform distribution. The white root growing material I is a granular material such as powder such as sugar, rice hulls, and finely cut straw, and even if it forms clumps due to moisture, etc., the clumps are loosened with a wire mesh 7 so that they can be spread. If the work of spreading and depositing the white root growing material is carried out in this manner, the work can be done efficiently and the material can be deposited uniformly.

Effects of the invention Since the present invention is constructed in an upwardly sloping manner, it is possible to spread and deposit white root growing material while pulling a trolley and moving on the field. Therefore, compared to conventional technology that relied on manual labor, the spreading and stacking work is more efficient, the pile height can be maintained at the same level from beginning to end, and quality with less variation in white root formation can be achieved. It has the advantage of producing excellent green onions.
