Most of these tasks are done manually, and in pharmacies that handle a large number of doses per day, pharmacists have to spend a lot of time auditing and supplying medication to individual patients to ensure that there are no mistakes. are forced to. For this reason, packaging can now be done by automatic machines, but the weighing of dispensing and associated powders, post-packaging audits, and filling in dosing instructions on medicine bags are done while checking against medical records. Because the work has to be done, we are in a situation where we have to rely on human labor to ensure safety.

Furthermore, in order to administer medicines to various patients, corresponding inventory management is also important, such as constantly checking and replenishing many types of medicines to ensure that they do not run out. To this end, it is necessary to be able to constantly manage the consumption amount of each chemical. This kind of work requires more effort than necessary and is not easy to do in conjunction with other work. Therefore, work at pharmacies is still in a state where it is best to rely on manual labor, and rationalization has not progressed.

The medicine bottles taken out from the medicine bottle storage shelf are placed on a weighing platform at the delivery position, and the total weight is first measured and read by a computer. The cradle is then rotated to reveal the barcode (which may be magnetic recording tape) on the label affixed to the drug bottle.
Read and check whether it matches what was called. If there is no error, the driving part of the medicine retrieval device is activated, and first the medicine bottle is tilted at a predetermined angle together with the weighing stand that supports it. In this state, the center of the bottle and the center of the drug take-out tube almost match, so lower the take-out tube while rotating it, insert the drug take-out tube into the drug bottle, and insert the drug take-out tube into the drug take-out tube. The scraper scrapes out the dispensed medicine from the chute onto the tray and measures it. Once the required amount has been measured, the take-out operation is stopped and the medicine remaining in the take-out tube is returned to the bottle by reversing the screw conveyor. When this medicine taking out operation is completed, the taking out tube is pulled up and the taken medicine bottle is stood up. In this state, the remaining amount of the medicine bottle is measured and recorded on the computer. The used medicine bottle is then returned to its original address on the storage shelf by the medicine bottle gripping mechanism of the stacker. Thereafter, this operation is repeated as many times as the number of medicines to be prepared, and the medicines received in the dispensed medicine receiver are weighed and recorded once each and are received in a mortar or a required container.

When necessary information is input based on the chart, the bottle gripping mechanism 20 of the stacker 10 moves to a predetermined location in the drug bottle storage shelf 1 in which the required drug bottle B is predetermined based on the chart. At this time, in the traversing, the motor M1 of the traversing drive means 16 is rotated forward or backward to move the moving column 11 along the front surface of the storage shelf 1. At the same time, the motor M2 of the elevating drive means incorporated in the moving column 11 is operated to move the elevating frame 21 in the vertical direction. Thus

Next, the motor M5, 3 of the medicine removal mechanism 32
3m starts, the screw 33'' of the screw conveyor 33 rotates, and the wire rope 35 wound around the pulley 35' on the output shaft of the lifting motor M5 is operated in the loosening direction, thereby lifting the screw. Screw conveyor 33
But it descends due to its own weight. At this time, the supporting member 34 of the screw conveyor 33 is smoothly guided and moved by a slide block 34' fitted into a slide shaft 36 attached to the frame 31. As the support member 34 descends, the tip roller 37' of the lid opening arm 3 comes into contact with the end of the cap b of the medicine bottle B, and the cap b
Push the opening/closing piece b' protruding from the end (see Figure 10, all caps b of chemical bottles B handled are special bottles with a protruding opening/closing piece b' that opens and closes using a lever). When the bottle opening is opened and the suction pipe 33' constituting the screw conveyor 33 is inserted into the bottle B, the drug is drawn in and scraped up from the drug intake port 33a by the rotating screw 33''. The conveyor 3 is discharged to the outside from the upper chute 33b.
The medicine taken out in step 2 is transferred from the chute 33b onto the measuring device 51 receiving tray 52 of the compounding medicine receiving mechanism 50. The amount received into the measuring device 51 and the receiving tray 52 is immediately measured and recorded. When the required amount is taken out, the screw conveyor 33 is pulled up. At this time, the screw 33'' is reversed to return the drug remaining on the suction pipe 33 and the screw 33'' into the bottle B and drawn out to the outside. When the screw conveyor 33 returns to the upper limit, the linear drive machine 46 is started in reverse and the rod 47 is moved backward, so that the support block 41 returns by its own weight.
The medicine bottle B is placed on the scale 42 and the receiving plate 42' in an upright position with the cap b closed. Naturally, the weight of this medicine bottle B is measured and recorded, and the fact that it has been taken out is recorded by the difference from the original weight. The amount of medicine to be taken out is determined by measuring the amount taken out into the receiving tray 52, and the moment the set amount is reached, the operation of taking out the screw conveyor is stopped to prevent excessive taking out.
