電変換素子は、前記フレキシブル基板に予め穿設
してある窓孔から表出可能にしてＥ形磁心の前記
突出部の端面上に直接に載置させるとともに、前
記窓孔から突出させた磁電変換素子の頂面とＥ形
磁心における他の突出部の頂面とのそれぞれに密
着させてＩ形磁心を載置させたことを特徴とする
