【考案の詳細な説明】（産業上の利用分野）この考案は上下水道、ガス、電力等のマンホー

（従来の技術）従来の鉄蓋の受枠に於いては、マンホール内へ

（考案が解決しようとする問題点）この従来の鉄蓋の受枠では、ステツプ材として

（問題を解決するための手段）そこで本考案に於いては、鉄蓋の受枠に於い

（作用）この考案の鉄蓋の受枠は、マンホールの地表面
