    キヤプスタンが起動されてその後に記録が開始さ
    れる記録装置において、 前記キヤプスタンの起動を前記ドラムの速度サ
    ーボ及び位相サーボがかかつた後に行うよう構成
    したことを特徴とする記録装置。
