[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In such a former conventional clamp, in order to unlock 7,
In order to create a gap near 8 and 13, the end of the finger hook had to be pushed down. Especially when the wire bundle is at the maximum tolerance of the clamp,
The locking protrusions 5, 6, 10 are finger hooks 51, 52, 53
It will continue to be pressed against the side while being clamped, and will not come off unless you push down the finger grip part too much to open the gap. This causes permanent deformation or excessive stress deformation of the finger hooks 51, 52, 53, and an upward force is applied to the wire bundle during clamping, and an upward force is also applied to the C-shaped elastic curved bands 3, 4, and 9. The drawback is that it comes off easily. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the rigidity of the C-shaped elastic curved band can be further increased, or the rigidity of the finger grips 51, 52, and 53 can also be increased to make it difficult for them to come off. Therefore, c-shaped elastic curved bands 3, 4, 9
This results in a state in which it is difficult to push in the finger grips 51, 52, and 53, and it is difficult to bend the finger hooks 51, 52, and 53. Therefore,
Such conventional clamps have the disadvantage that once the rigidity is increased to make it difficult for the clamped bundle of wires to come off, it becomes difficult to unlock. If the rigidity is weakened in order to make unlocking easier, the wire bundle becomes more likely to come off, which has the disadvantage that clamping reliability and unlocking ease are not compatible. Also c
The open end of the shaped elastic curved band has a finger grip part 51 with a narrow gap,
52, 53, and this open end must be firmly inserted into the finger hooks 51, 52, 53.
It also had the disadvantage that it was troublesome to guide it near the tip.

On the other hand, the latter fixing device for a rod-shaped object is used when, for example, when a rod-shaped object that is much smaller in diameter than the diameter of the holding part and the fixing part is clamped, the rod-shaped object shakes and a force in a certain direction is applied to the holding part. There is a problem in that the claw part easily disengages from the engaging part and is clamped up.

[Example] Below, an example of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. 2, 3, and 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention, 14 is a mounting board made of elastic synthetic resin (for example, nylon), and a C-shaped elastic curve of a constant width is mounted on the mounting board 14. A band 16 is provided by integral molding. An elastic protrusion 18 is formed in the curved band 16 in the width direction of the curved band 16, that is, in the wire bundle insertion direction, and the elastic protrusion 18 is formed so that the curved band 16 itself is locally curved from the inside to the outside. The sections are open on both sides of the curved band 16. As a result, the maximum gripping diameter of the curved band 16 can be slightly expanded and contracted depending on the amount of the wire bundle, and stress concentration can be alleviated. In addition,
The elastic protrusions 18 are provided at three approximately equally spaced positions on the curved band 16. The number can be increased or decreased as appropriate.

Further, the open end side of the curved band 16 is provided with a folded portion 20 which is elastically deformably folded back and deformed to the outside of the curved band 16 . Folding part 20 of this embodiment
is V-shaped. As shown in FIG. 4, a stepped locking protrusion 22 is formed on the outside of the rising portion on the tip side of the folded portion 20, and a part of the open end on the tip side of the locking protrusion 22 is formed as shown in FIG. It is bent outward with respect to the curved body 16 to form a clamp operation piece 24 . In addition, on the curved band 16 near the upper part of the clamp operation piece 24, a finger hook operation piece 26 that faces the clamp operation piece 24 is provided in a protruding manner. When the clamp operation piece 24 is grasped with the fingers together with the finger hook operation piece 26 and brought close to each other, the folded portion 20 is elastically deformed, and the position of the locking protrusion 22 is moved in a direction closer to the curved band 16, that is, The folded portion 20 moves in a direction in which the V-shaped interval becomes narrower.

On the other hand, two protrusions 28l and 28r are formed on the mounting board 14 at intervals such that the folded portion 20 at the open end of the curved band 16 can be elastically deformed and inserted.
A locking piece 30 is formed on the inner surface of the side wall of the outer protrusion 28l facing the locking projection 22 so that the locking projection 22 can be elastically deformed and locked in the inserted state. Further, the distance between the two protrusions 28l and 28r is such that the folded portion 20 is between the two protrusions 28l and 28r as shown in FIG.
When the locking protrusion 22 is inserted between the inner protrusion 28r and the locking piece 30 of the outer protrusion 28l, the inner protrusion 28r and the inner surface of the curved band 16 near the folded part 20 It is also the interval at which the two are in contact.
Note that both sides of the mounting board 14 are largely chamfered to prevent damage to the wires even if the wires are pulled during insertion.

In the wire bundle clamp of the first embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, by pinching the clamp operation piece 24 and the finger hook operation piece 26, the locking protrusion 22 and the locking piece 30 can be moved. When the latch is released, the folded part 20 moves upward due to the elasticity of the curved band 16, and becomes an unclamped state, and the wire bundle is attached.
Or it can be removed. After attaching the wire bundle, by pushing down the finger hook operation piece 26 and pushing the folded part 20 into the gap between the protrusions 28l and 28r, the folded part 20 that has come into contact with both protrusions 28l and 28r is It is elastically deformed in the direction of narrowing the V-shaped interval, the locking protrusion 22 bypasses the locking piece 30, and the folded portion 20 enters between the protrusions 28l and 28r. By the way, after the locking protrusion 22 bypasses the locking piece 30, the folded part 20 restores itself in the direction of expanding the V-shaped interval due to its elasticity, so that the finger hook operation piece 26
When the pressing force is released, the locking protrusion 22 engages with the locking piece 30 due to the elastic restoring force of the curved band 16 and the folded portion 20, and the wire bundle clamp becomes in a clamped state. At this time, the curved body 1 near the folded part 20
Since the elastic force 6 acts to press the inner protrusion 28r, the inner protrusion 28r comes into contact with the inner surface of the curved body 16 near the folded portion 20. Further, the locking protrusion 22 of the folded portion 20 works to strongly lock the locking piece 30 of the outer protrusion 28l.
In the first embodiment, the mounting board 14 has a rectangular opening 1 located inside the two protrusions 28l and 28r.
4a is provided. Therefore, when the folded part 20 is elastically deformed and inserted between the two protrusions and latched, the folded part 20 is inserted into the opening 14 of the mounting board 14.
Make it long enough to reach inside a. As a result, the opening 14a of the mounting board 14 and the two protrusions 28l, 2
Since the locking protrusion 22 is surrounded by the side walls on all sides by the locking protrusion 8r, lateral displacement is prevented and the inconvenience of inadvertent unclamping can be avoided. In addition, since the elastic protrusion 18 is formed on the curved band 16, even if the wire bundle becomes larger than the gripping diameter of the wire bundle clamp, the elastic protrusion 18 deforms elastically and the curved band 16 can be stretched and clamped well, and even if sudden bending stress is applied to the curved band 16, the elastic protrusion 1
8 relieves stress concentration and prevents damage.

To release the clamp, use the clamp operation piece 24
The finger rest 26 may be pinched so that they are brought close to each other. By this operation, the folding section 22
The locking protrusion 2 is elastically deformed in the direction of narrowing the distance between the letters.
2 and the locking piece 30 are naturally disengaged. In addition, when clamping, the finger hook operation piece 2 is inserted so that the folded part 20 is inserted between the two protrusions 28l and 28r.
6 is pushed down with a finger or the like, the locking protrusion 22 naturally moves in a direction to avoid the locking piece 30 since the open end side of the folded portion 20 remains in a freely deformable state. Therefore, both clamping and unclamping operations can be performed by extremely simple operations such as pushing down with one hand or pinching with one hand.

Incidentally, wire bundle clamps are often used in narrow spaces such as inside a chassis where electronic equipment is mounted. Generally, clamps are used to attach, remove, position, and change the position of wire bundles in narrow spaces.
It is very difficult to perform an unclamping operation, but as mentioned above, the device in this example can be clamped and unclamped with an extremely simple operation, so the clamping and unclamping operations can be performed without any difficulty even in narrow spaces. , workability can be improved.

Here, the effects of this embodiment will be explained in more detail with reference to the schematic diagram of FIG. 5 while comparing with a conventional wire bundle clamp. In Figure 5, a, c, e, g
indicates a conventional wire bundle clamp, b, d, f, h
shows the wire bundle clamp of this embodiment. a,
b shows the unclamped state, c and d show the clamped state, e and f show the unclamped state from the clamped state, g and h show the c-shaped elastic curved band 4 in the clamped state, 16
This shows a state in which upward forces P1 and P2 are applied to. When clamping here, in order to reach from a to c and from b to d, both the conventional clamp and the clamp of this embodiment have two protrusions 55l and 55l.
Just insert the open end between 5r or 28l and 28r. In order to unclamp after clamping one end, in the conventional clamp, as shown in e, a force is applied in the direction P3 to the finger hook 52, and a force P4 is applied near the open end of the c-shaped elastic curved band 4. After that, pull out the open end from the protrusion. That is, it is necessary to apply forces in two directions, P3 and P4 directions. On the other hand, in the clamp of this embodiment,
When a diagonally upward force P5 is applied to the tip of the open end, that is, the clamp operation piece 24, that is, when the clamp operation piece 24 and the finger hook operation piece 26 are pinched and brought close together, they are locked with the locking protrusion 22. The locking state with the piece 30 is released and the state is set to f, and the elastic restoring force of the elastic curved band 16 moves it in the P5 direction, so that the open end naturally comes off from between the protrusions 28l and 28r. In other words, it can be unclamped by an extremely simple operation of applying force in one direction. Furthermore, in a clamped state, especially when a bundle of wires exceeding the allowable value is clamped in the space between the c-shaped elastic curved bands 16, 4 and the mounting board 14, forces are often applied in the directions of P1 of g and P2 of h. .
In particular, when the bundle of wires is touched when attaching or removing other parts after clamping, forces in the P1 and P2 directions are often applied to the C-shaped elastic curved bands 16 and 4. In such a case, in the conventional clamp, the angle θ 1 formed in the locking protrusion 6 is bent to an obtuse angle like g, and the relative angle θ 2 between the locking portion 8 and the C-shaped elastic curved band 4 is also an obtuse angle. and can easily be removed by external force. When the force P1 is further applied in the state bent at an obtuse angle, the open end of the c-shaped elastic curved band 4 becomes a protrusion 55l,
It comes off between 55r and 55r. In other words, it will be unclamped. On the other hand, in this embodiment, when a force in the P2 direction is applied, the folded portion 20 is elastically deformable, so it deforms in the direction of increasing the V-shaped interval and
In this state, the elastic force of the curved body 16 near the folded portion 20 of the C-shaped elastic curved band 16 acts to press the inner protrusion 28r. Further, the locking protrusion 22 of the folded portion 20 works to strongly lock the locking piece 30 of the outer protrusion 28l. Therefore, even if the elastic curved band 16 on the opposite side of the locking protrusion 22 is pulled outward from the folded part 20 inserted between the two protrusions 28l and 28r by the external force P2, The curved band 16 near the folded part 20 contacts the inner protrusion 28r and is prevented from moving, and the locking protrusion 22 of the folded part 20 contacts the outer protrusion 28r.
The protrusion 28l, 2 is blocked by the locking piece 30 of 8l.
It never falls outside of 8r. That is, once it is clamped, it will not be unclamped no matter how much force is applied in the P2 direction. In other words, in the clamp of this embodiment, unclamping is impossible unless a force is applied diagonally upward in the P5 direction to the clamp operation piece 24 as shown in f. As described above, once the clamp of this embodiment is clamped, the wire bundle is reliably clamped and will not come off no matter how much force is applied to the wire bundle in the P2 direction.
In order to prevent this coming off, the following measures have been considered in conventional clamps.
That is, the rigidity of the c-shaped elastic curved band 4 is increased, and P1
The purpose is to prevent it from deforming easily when a force is applied to it. It is also necessary to increase the rigidity of the finger hook 52. However, although increasing the rigidity in this way is effective in preventing detachment, if it is necessary to unclamp for some reason, it is necessary to artificially apply forces P3 and P4 as in e. If the rigidity is increased, it is necessary to apply a large force to P3 and P4, which also has the disadvantage of being difficult to remove. That is, in the conventional clamp, once the bundle of wires is clamped, it is difficult to remove the bundle of wires even if the bundle of wires is to be removed manually for some reason. In contrast, in this embodiment, no matter what the rigidity of the c-shaped elastic curved band is, the wire bundle once clamped will not come off unless a force in the P5 direction is applied. Therefore, even if the rigidity of the c-shaped elastic curved band 16 is weak, it is difficult to come off. In other words, the present invention achieves both ease of operation and resistance to detachment without any contradiction. Further, in the conventional clamp, the locking protrusion 6 is inserted between the protrusions 55l and 55r, and the locking protrusion 6 catches on the locking part 8, thereby being locked. Therefore, the distance between the protrusions 55l and 55r cannot be unnecessarily widened, and the locking protrusion 6 at the tip of the C-shaped elastic curved band 4 is located between the protrusions 55l and 55r.
must be inserted correctly through the narrow gap 58 between them. This insertion action requires that the locking protrusion 6 be positioned above the gap 58, then pressed down and inserted downward as shown in c. This work is surprisingly troublesome because the gap 58 is narrow. However, in this embodiment, the locking piece 30
The gap 29 between the ridge 28r and the right protrusion 28r can be made wider than the gap 58 in the conventional clamp, and the folded portion 2 near the tip of the C-shaped elastic curved band 16
You can easily insert 0. This insertion process can be done simply by mechanically pushing it in, with little need for aiming. However, in the conventional clamp, since the gap 58 is narrow, it is necessary to guide the locking protrusion 6 with a determined aim, and this operation is troublesome.

[Effects of the Invention] As detailed above, in the wire bundle clamp of the present invention, in order to lock the open end of the elastic curved band to the mounting board, at least two protrusions are provided on the mounting board. They are provided on the mounting board at intervals that allow the folded portion of the open end of the curved band to be elastically deformed and inserted. From this, when a wire bundle is once clamped, when a force is applied from the wire bundle to the elastic curved body, the elastic curved body on the opposite side of the locking protrusion with respect to the folded part is pulled toward the center of the curved band. However, the ridges on the inside prevent it from moving. the result,
Since the locking protrusion of the folded portion is more strongly locked to the locking piece of the outer protrusion, the clamp will not come off at all. Moreover, since the clamping/unclamping operation is easy and the clamping/unclamping can be performed easily, it has the effect that it can be used easily even in a narrow electronic device.
