状を呈する第1および第2端止部材7,8を内向
きに囲口する状態として且つ遊転および摺動自在
として支承し、これ等両端止部材7,8の開口縁
の外周に第1および第2平歯車9,10を一体に
周設すると共に機筐1内に於て駆動軸3と補助軸
6との間に上記の第1平歯車9と噛合する第1伝
達歯車11を軸承し、この第1伝達歯車11の中
心軸12に大径歯車14と小径歯車15とよりな
る第2伝達歯車16を遊転自在に支承し、当該大
径歯車14をピニオン5に同じく小径歯車15を
第2平歯車10に夫々噛合せしめると共に第2伝
達歯車16の側面に内歯爪車17を凹設し、また
第1伝達歯車11の側面に歯車状ギザ18を一体
に設けて当該歯車状ギザ18の外周に小リング1
9をゆるく嵌着し、この小リング19の内周に歯
車状ギザ18の一つの谷に嵌入して同小リング1
9を上記の中心軸12に回転不能且つ揺振可能に
止着する係止爪20を、同じく外周に後述するコ
イルバネ27の蓄力時に上記の内歯爪車17に係
合し解放時に離脱する爪部21を夫々設けると共
に機筐1の所要個所に、スロツト23の中を自然
に移動して後述するコイルバネ27の蓄力の開始
から解力の完了までの間は第1平歯車9と大径歯
車14の両方に噛合し同じく解力の完了と同時に
外れるクラツチ歯車24を取付け更に上記の補助
軸6に於て両方の端止部材7,8にはさまれた個
所にパイプ状体26を回転自在に被着し、このパ
イプ状体26の外周にコイルバネ27を捲装して
当該コイルバネ27の一端をパイプ状体26に設
けた摺割28に同じく他端を第2端止部材8に設
けた係止孔29に外れ不能に掛け止めると共にパ
イプ状体26に先端に係止玉30を備えた一対の
弾性アーム31,31′を遠心方向に伸びる対称
配置に設け、これ等各アーム31,31′を上記
の第1端止部材内に臨入せしめて係止玉30を同
第1端止部材7の内周壁面に周設した多数個の係
止凹部32に択一に係合し、この係合はコイルバ
ネ27の蓄力が最大値に達した時に係止玉30が
外れて他の係止凹部32に飛び移るようにしたも
のである。
