【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 弁箱内の流体通路を開閉する弁体をこの弁箱
内に設け、この弁体を閉弁動作させるようにスプ
リングで付勢する一方、このスプリングと同軸上
に設けた形状記憶合金製の線材で弁体を弁箱側に
連結し、この線材への通電によるこの線材の記憶
形状への回復力で上記スプリングの付勢力に抗し
て弁体が開弁されるようにした流量調整弁におい
て、上記スプリングを円錐台状のコイルスプリン
グで構成し、かつ、このスプリングの内部に線材
を配置した流量調整弁。 2 線材を複数の金属線で構成した請求項1に記
載の流量調整弁。 3 流体通路に感温素子を設け、この感温素子の
出力信号に応じて線材への印加電圧もしくは印加
電流を増減させるようにした請求項1もしくは2
に記載の流量調整弁。
