ることができるコンデンサ用樹脂取付具を提供す
るものである。

従来、例えば電解コンデンサなどに使用する取
付具は、金属板を打抜きこれをコンデンサの外径
に合せて丸く成形しその端部を折曲げて締付け部
とし、該締付け部をビス、リベツトなどによつて
締めることによつてコンデンサを取付具の中に固
定するものがある。この構造ではさらに前記のコ
ンデンサを固定するため丸く成形した部分と直角
に舌片を設け、該舌片に形成した取付孔をビスな
どによつてシヤーシに取付けるものである。しか
し、この構成では取付具が金属であるため絶縁性
を保持できないのでコンデンサに絶縁スリーブを
被覆させたのち取付具に固定しているが、取付具
を打抜いたときのバリが前記絶縁スリーブを破つ
たりコンデンサを取付具に固定する際の締付けに
より取付具のエツジ部が絶縁スリーブに食込み絶
縁性を損うという欠点を有していた。その他前述
の如くシヤーシに取付ける際の舌片が必要なため
取付面積を大きく要したり、取付作業がビス、ナ
ツトまたはリベツトのため作業能率が悪いなどの
問題点もあつた。これらの欠点を除去するものと
して樹脂製の取付具も考えられるがコンデンサを
固定する手段がコンデンサ外径に合致する円筒部
内径に単にコンデンサを挿入するか、または円筒
部内径に小突起を設けるなどのため肝心の固定力
に問題があつた。

本考案は上記の点に鑑みなされたもので、樹脂
製の取付具を用いて、かつコンデンサの固定力を
増加させることのできるコンデンサ用樹脂取付具
を提供するものである。以下図面を参照しながら
説明する。第1図に示すように例えばポリプロピ
レン、ポリエチレン、塩化ビニール、ポリアセタ
ール、ポリフエニレンオキサイドなどからなるコ
ンデンサ用樹脂取付具1は底面2を有する円筒部
3からなり、該円筒部3内面にはコンデンサの固
定力を増加するために少なくとも1個の小さい突
起4を形成してあり、また前記底面2はその内面
中心が高くなるよう中心部に向かつてテーパ状に
形成されており、かつ該底面2外部には一体に取
付用ネジ5が設けられている。このような樹脂取
付具1に第2図に示すようにコンデンサ6を挿入
すると、該コンデンサ6の底面が前記テーパ状に
形成された取付具1の底面2に接し該コンデンサ
6をさらに強く圧するとテーパ状の底面2は平坦
となりその反作用によつて円筒部3はコンデンサ
6を開口端ほど強く中心に向かつて締付けること
となる。そして前記取付ネジ5をシヤーシ7に取
付け、ナツト8で締付ければ前記取付具1の底面
2は前述のコンデンサ6を底面2に強く圧したと
同じ状態となるのでコンデンサ6は強固に固定さ
れ、回転や上下の動きなどを容易に阻止すること
ができる。

らに該取付具は取付ネジをナツトで締付けるもの
であるから従来のように取付具のさらに外側にシ
ヤーシへ取付けるための舌片などが不要となり取
付面積も小さくできる利点もある。
