Claims (1)
- シリンダの中間を仕切つてその両側に気室を形
成し、ストローク長さの異なるピストンを前記気
室のそれぞれに装着し、一方のピストンでアクチ
ユエータ本体を支持し、他方を出力用ピストンと
したアクチユエータ。
