成形された合成樹脂製瓶であり、口部と底部をポ
リエチレンテレフタレート樹脂とこれより耐熱性
の優れた耐熱性樹脂との多層構造に形成し、胴部
をポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂のみで形成し
た合成樹脂製瓶。 (2) 胴部をヒートセツトしない請求の範囲(1)の
瓶。 (3) 胴部をヒートセツトした請求の範囲(1)の瓶
。 (4) 口部のポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂と
耐熱性樹脂の多層構造をサポートリングの上縁の
境界までにした請求の範囲(1)乃至(3)のいずれか
