び前面に突板(天然銘木をスライスした薄い板や
それに樹脂を含浸させたもの等をいう)が張り付

2に前記段部3に突き合う段部4及び所望形状の
面取り面5を有する。銘木等からなる角部材6
が、角部材嵌入溝2の底面2aとの間に、好まし
くは0.3〜0.5mm程度の間隙7をあけるようにして
接着剤等を利用して嵌め止められている。框基材
1の上面及び前面並びにそれらを面一になる角部
材6の上面及び前面に突板8が張り付けられてい

板8を張り付けた後、同図ハに示す一点鎖線に沿
つて切断し、その後必要に応じて面取り面5に塗
料を塗布する。このようにして上がり框が製造さ

8にひび割れが生じにくい。また、段部3を有す
る角部材嵌入溝2が形成され、この角部材嵌入溝
2に前記段部3に突き合う段部4を有する角部材
6が嵌め止められているので、即ち、角部材6が
角部材嵌入溝2に係合するかたちとなるので、角
