(Prior Art) Conventionally, a hanging fitting 1 shown in FIG. 7 has been known. This device is equipped with an engaging portion 12 having a U-shaped cross section at one end and the other end of a band-shaped metal fitting 11, and the tip of a protruding piece 13 made of a leaf spring fixed to the metal fitting 11 is attached to the engaging portion 12. I will be faced with it.

According to such a hanging fitting 1, the ear part 110 of the rain gutter 100 is pressed against the tip of the protrusion piece 13 from below, and while the protrusion piece 13 is elastically deformed upward, the ear part 110 is pressed onto the engagement part 12 as shown in the figure. Since the rain gutter 100 can be fitted and engaged as shown in FIG. Also,
In the installation structure after construction, the protruding piece 13 elastically returns to the original position shown in the figure when the ear part 110 of the rain gutter 100 is fitted into the engaging part 12, so that the rain gutter 100 is free from external forces such as its own weight and wind pressure. Even if the ear portion 110 is deformed and displaced in the direction of detachment from the engaging portion 12 (arrow A), the displacement will be caused by the protrusion 1
3 comes into contact with the ear portion 110, thereby suppressing the ear portion 110 to such an extent that it does not separate from the engaging portion 12.

That is, according to the above-described conventional hanging fixture 1, ease of construction of the rain gutter 100 is ensured, and at the same time, the ability to prevent the rain gutter from falling off after installation is ensured.
However, since the conventional hanging fitting 1 has a protruding piece 13 made of a leaf spring fixed to the fitting 11, the following drawbacks have been desired to be improved.

That is, if the elastic force of the leaf spring is made too large, a large force will be required to push up the protrusion 13 with the ear part 110 during construction of the rain gutter 100, which will hinder ease of construction. Although it is necessary to use a relatively thin one with a thickness of about 0.6 to 0.8 mm, if you do so, the strength of the leaf spring will deteriorate quickly due to rusting, etc., making it difficult to guarantee its long service life. . In addition, since the leaf spring itself is expensive, its use makes it difficult to use the hanging bracket A.
This has led to an increase in costs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Means for solving the above problems are a hanging fitting in which a tongue piece is provided by bending the end of a non-elastic band-shaped metal fitting, and a partial tube. This is an attachment structure for a synthetic resin rain gutter equipped with a shaped ear part, and the tongue piece is fitted into the ear part by elastically riding over a plate-like piece provided on the ear part. and is configured to face the plate-like piece in a direction opposite to the direction in which it is fitted in the fitted state.

(Function) According to the above means, simply by elastically deforming the plate-shaped piece provided at the ear of the synthetic resin rain gutter and allowing it to ride over the tongue of the hanging fitting, the tongue is fitted into the ear, and the tongue piece is fitted into the ear. This completes the installation of rain gutters and hanging fittings, ensuring ease of installation.
In addition, when the tongue is fitted into the ear, the tongue is opposed to the plate-like piece in the direction opposite to the direction in which the tongue is fitted, so when the ear is displaced in the direction of detachment from the tongue, the tongue When the plate-shaped piece engages with the ear part, and when the ear part is displaced in other directions, the metal fitting or the tongue piece engages with any part of the partially cylindrical ear part.
The installation structure ensures that the rain gutters do not fall off after installation. The above-mentioned tongue piece and plate-like piece are
This is due to the use of a leaf spring, because the tongue piece can be integrally provided at the end of the metal fitting, and the plate-like piece can be integrally provided at the ear part, without using a separate leaf spring. There is no disadvantage of shortening the service life or increasing the cost of hanging fittings.

Rain gutter 100 and hanging fittings 2 constructed as above
According to the mounting structure, when the rain gutter 100 lifts up due to the influence of external forces such as wind pressure,
As is clear from the above, the plate-shaped piece 123 of the ear portion 120
engages with the tongue piece 22 of the hanging metal fitting 2, thereby preventing the ear portion 120 from falling off from the hanging metal fitting 2 due to its lifting. Furthermore, when the ears 120 of the rain gutter 100 are deformed due to its own weight and the like, and the ears 120 of the rain gutter 100 are displaced in the lateral direction, the hanging fittings 2 are prevented from shifting in the right direction in FIG. 2c. The rising part 23 provided on the metal fitting 21 engages with the rising wall 124 of the ear part 120, and the tongue piece 22 of the hanging metal fitting 2 engages with the falling wall of the ear part 120 in case of displacement to the left. 122, the ear portion 120 is prevented from falling off in any case. In the illustrated mounting structure, the suspended state of the rain gutter 100 is maintained by the upper wall 125 of the ear portion 120 being supported by the rising portion 23.

In the above case, the plate-shaped piece 123 needs to elastically move over the tongue piece 22, but the rain gutter 10
0 is continuously extruded from synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin together with the ears 120 and 130, so the plate-like piece 123, which is a part of the ear 120, has the elasticity peculiar to synthetic resin and the tongue piece 22 Transform enough to get over it. The hanging fitting 2 has high rigidity and does not have elasticity, and the tongue piece 22 at its end naturally does not have elasticity, so it will not be deformed.

In this embodiment, as is clear from FIG.
A part of the end of the metal fitting 21 is the ear part 120 of the rain gutter 100.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the explanation of the embodiments, the mounting structure of the rain gutter and hanging fittings according to the invention has the following effects:
Since the tongue piece is fitted using the elasticity of the synthetic resin plate without using a leaf spring, and the tongue and plate are facing each other, the rain gutter is of course easy to install. This ensures that the rain gutter does not fall off from the hanging fittings and can be used for a long period of time.
