（解決すべき問題点）前記従来の提げ手付缶においては、缶口リング

ーが所定間隔で設けてあり、該筒状部に嵌装した
缶蓋の周壁下縁がストツパーの上縁に当接してお
り、前記缶口リングの下部外側には提手の両端を
折曲可能に連設してあり、缶口リングの内側には
刷毛置き部を形成した環状の内鍔が設けられ、該
内鍔の上面に中仕切板の周縁部を固着して構成し

６が密嵌している。前記缶蓋５の周壁６の内側に
は凸条７が環状に突設してあると共に、該凸条７
は前記筒状部４の外側面に環状に設けた凹溝８に
嵌装掛止している。また前記缶口リング３の外側
下部にはストツパー９が所定間隔で突設してあ
り、該ストツパー９の上縁は前記缶蓋の周壁６の
