【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は主として溶接銃を使用したスタツド溶
接に於いて、垂直壁面等に対する溶接時の溶融金
属のたれを防止するためのスタツド溶接横向き用
補助具に関するものである。

タツド4を溶接するに際し溶融金属7がアークシ

防止出来、溶接を良好に行い得ると共に、アーク
の発生による高温ガス噴流が上半分の通気溝孔1
1を介して放射状外方へ射出し、アークの流れも
上側半分の通気溝孔11に対応して上半周方向の
みに寄め付けられるので、効果的なアークブロー
現象を行うことが出来、スタツド全周を包囲する
