The belts currently used as safety belts for work at heights are woven belts such as plain weave and twill weave, but unlike safety belts for transportation vehicles such as automobiles, they are used in electrical work, construction, shipbuilding, etc. As a result, the use of the belt is complicated and must be handled roughly. As a result, the smooth belt loses its shape with frequent use, and becomes thin and string-like in the width direction of the belt. The shortcomings are that the elasticity is lost in the longitudinal direction and the pressure exerted on the worker increases, and the shock to the human body increases in the event of a fall, resulting in an extremely dangerous situation. was. In addition, since the position where the buckle is fastened is almost the same as long as the same worker uses it, only that part becomes fatigued, resulting in thread breakage, fraying, etc. In order to prevent these problems, the belt is treated with resin after weaving to increase its hardness, which is somewhat effective, but due to the rigidity of the process, it becomes difficult to handle when new, and the edges break. The ears on the end surface often come into contact with the body and cause pain, and this resin processing does not improve the material, and the reality is that its effectiveness diminishes with frequency of use and over time. be.

The present invention is a resin film 1 that shares the elasticity and viscosity shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and has particularly excellent viscosity.
The folded products are arranged in the center of the cross section of the belt and woven with warp threads 2, weft threads 3, and knotted threads 4, and its structure is as follows.

When compared with a monofilament yarn woven in the same cross-sectional area, as shown in FIG. 3, there is a clear difference in elasticity and viscosity. Third
In the figure, A-B-C-D is a curve of a belt mixed with film 1, and A'-B'-C'-D' is a curve of a belt mixed with monofilaments having the same cross-sectional area. In other words, a belt in which monofilament yarn is mixed in the core is too rigid and has poor viscosity even if it has elasticity. On the other hand, if a film is used, it will deform in response to the external force applied to the belt, but once the external force is removed, it will recover due to its elasticity and viscosity. By using a belt woven with this resin film 1 as a safety belt, it becomes a soft and resilient belt with a natural texture, which means it is moderately thick, fits well around the waist, and does not buckle. Due to its good resilience against tightening, it does not become fluffy or
This results in a belt that is less likely to fray.

The experimental method was to apply the same load for 2 minutes to both circularly bent belts of the same size to cause 100% deformation (completely collapse to a horizontal state), then remove the weight at the same time, and measure the restored state with elasticity. and viscosity were measured.

From the above, by using a belt with synthetic resin film 1 mixed in the center of the cross section as a safety belt, the process of resin processing on the surface is not necessary, and therefore it has a good texture, is supple, and has a moderate It is possible to provide a belt that has a high repulsion property, provides good contact with the waist, and is safe even in the event of a fall because its elasticity is less likely to deteriorate. Moreover, by eliminating the need for resin processing, there is an economical effect that the cost is reduced accordingly and that sewing machine processing when sewing buckles and the like becomes easier.
