比較する比較回路と、居眠り警報信号を受けたと
き警報を発する警報部と、覚醒度低下時に生ずる
基準ヨーレートパターンと同一のパターンが規定
回数以上に繰り返されたときに居眠り警報信号を
警報部へ出力するコントローラとを具備すること
