16 is a guide roller, and 17 is a pad. 20
is a rod-shaped tension gauge, and when the measuring rod 21 is forcibly moved in the axial direction of the gauge body 22, the pointer 23 moves along the scale plate 24 according to the amount of movement, and the scale plate 24 indicated by the pointer 23 moves. By reading the scale, the tension corresponding to the amount of forced movement of the measuring rod 21 can be measured.

By the way, in such a measuring method, it is not possible to easily and quickly determine whether the tip of the measuring rod 21 of the rod-shaped tension gauge 20 has entered the front surface 11 of the cassette case 10 by the distance A; Since it is difficult to maintain perpendicularity between the syringe gauge and the cassette case, there are disadvantages such as poor reading accuracy, considerable skill required, and poor workability.

2 and 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, and the same components as those of the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals. That is, reference numeral 30 denotes a stand, and 40 and 41 stand uprights vertically on the stand 30. A board 50 is removably attached to these supports 40 and 41 with screws 42. 60 is a holder for the cassette case 10;
It is fixed to the upper part of the substrate 50. 61 is front 11
The cassette case 10 is in a vertical position with the side facing down.
Reference surfaces 62 and 63 are also in contact with both side surfaces of the cassette case 10, and 64 is a reference surface that is in contact with the back surface of the cassette case 10.
By bringing the corresponding surfaces of the cassette case 10 into contact with 63 and 64, the cassette case 10 is stably held in a vertical position.
65 and 66 are the cassette cases 10 inside the holder 60
This is a leaf spring for pressing the reference surface 64 from the front side thereof. Reference numeral 67 denotes an operating rod that can perform bi-stable operation between an upright state and a horizontal state due to the elastic force of a coil spring 67a, and is designed to prevent the cassette case 10 in the holder 60 from floating when the operating rod 67 is in a horizontal state. There is.

Reference numeral 70 denotes a movable plate, and a vertically long protrusion 71 protruding from the back side of the plate fits into a vertically long guide groove 51 bored in the substrate 50, thereby allowing the movable plate 70 to move along the substrate 50. It moves up and down only in the vertical direction. A rod-shaped tension gauge 20 is vertically fixed on the movable plate 70 via fixtures 25 and 26 so that the axial extension of the measuring rod 21 coincides with the center of the pad of the cassette case 10.
80 is a rod-shaped tension gauge 20 and a movable plate 70
This is a transparent indicator plate attached to the substrate 50 so as to sit on it, and a pair of horizontal reference lines 81 and 82 are formed on the indicator plate 80 at an interval vertically. Thus, the front reference surface 6 of the holder 60
1 and the horizontal reference line 81 below the index plate 80 is set to be equal to the distance between the tip of the bar-shaped tension gauge 21 and the gauge pointer 23, and horizontal reference line 81,
The interval 82 is set to be equal to the distance A described above. Note that 90 is an operator for operating the movable plate 70.

Next, the measurement method will be explained. First, with the operating rod 67 in the upright position, insert the cassette case 10 into the holder 60 with the front surface 11 facing downward, and then return the operating rod 67 to the horizontal position. In this state, the cassette case 10 in the holder 60 is held in a vertical state by bringing its corresponding surfaces into contact with the respective reference surfaces 61, 62, 63, and 64 of the holder 60. Next, hold the operator 90 and move the movable plate 70 upward.
As a result, the rod-shaped tension gauge 20 also moves upward, and eventually the tip of the measuring rod 21 presses the center of the pad, pushing the pad into the cassette case against its elastic force. In this way, if the scale of the scale plate 24 indicated by the pointer 23 is read at the position where the pointer 23 coincides with the horizontal reference line 82 of the index plate 80, the tip of the measuring stick 21 can be moved from the front of the cassette case 10.
It is possible to measure the crimp force of the pad when it is pushed in by 3.6 mm.

As explained above, according to the present invention, with the cassette set in a predetermined position in the holder, the bar-shaped tension gauge can be pushed up together with the movable body that moves vertically along the board, so that the cassette and the bar-shaped tension gauge can be pushed up. By reading the scale indicated by the pointer at the position where the reference line above the index plate and the pointer of the rod-like tension gauge coincide with each other, the tip of the measuring rod of the rod-like tension gauge can be measured. The crimp force of the pad can be measured in the same state as when the pad is pushed a predetermined distance deep into the cassette from the front of the cassette. Therefore, the reading can be done easily and accurately, and no skill is required as in the past. It has significant practical effects such as:
