ことを目的とする。As shown in FIG. 4, cylindrical packages 3 and 4 are inserted vertically in two stages into a package support tube 2 that is coaxial with the spindle shaft 1 of a double twisting machine.
The threads 5 and 6 pulled out from the package pass through the top guide 7 fitted into the package support tube 2, and then reach the thread storage board 8 integrated with the spindle.
The doubling yarn 1 is guided to the periphery, pulled out from the surrounding area, and guided to a yarn guide member (not shown) located above the spindle axis!
A five-thread method is known. In this method, the gold thread is also completed at the same time in the process of twisting the yarn using a double twisting machine, so it is possible to streamline the process by omitting the gold thread process. Since the threads are unraveled while overtaking the threads, the threads 5 and 6 pulled out from both packages 3 and 4 become intertwined with each other, or the threads 5 and 6 pulled out from both packages 3 and 4 become entangled with each other, or the lower package 4
The yarn 6 pulled out from the package gets caught in the gap between the packages 4 and 5, causing yarn breakage. Also, the yarn 6 pulled out from the lower package 4 is transferred to the upper package 3.
Since it comes into contact with the yarn layer surface of the yarn layer and reaches the tensor, the tension of the yarn in the lower row increases. Therefore, the yarn tends to be twisted as if a yarn with low tension is wrapped around a yarn with high tension, which causes a decrease in yarn quality. As a way to solve this problem, the thread amount of the packages inserted vertically into the package support tube is the same, and the inner and outer diameters of the bobbin of the lower package are set to be larger than the inner and outer diameters of the bobbin of the upper package. and a method of making the traverse width of a package located at a lower level larger than the traverse width of a package located at a higher level;
Alternatively, for a bobbin with the same inner and outer diameters, the number of winds of the higher package is larger than the wind number of the lower package, and the thread amount of the lower package is greater than the thread amount of the higher package. Attempts have also been made to make it smaller. However, when using the former method, the bobbin inner diameter of the upper package and the lower package are different, so a bobbin holder matching the respective bobbin diameters is used in the pre-process to form the package. Either a winder must be prepared, or a winder capable of converting the diameter of the bobbin holder according to the bobbin diameter must be prepared, and if the latter method is used, the bobbin diameter of the upper package and the lower one must be prepared. Even if there is no difference in the bobbin diameter of the packages, it is necessary to prepare two types of winders with different wind numbers and winding times. I Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1 The method of the present invention forms a package without changing the conventional wind mite process, and when yarn is pulled out from a lower package among the stacked packages for doubling. Another object of the present invention is to enable yarn doubling and twisting under uniform tension without the upper package getting in the way.

もとて糸を引き出すことができる。When heating the yarn with a double twisting machine, a plurality of packages are stacked in two stages in a stationary state with the same axis as the spindle axis on the package support tube above the spindle of the double twisting machine. In the white yarn twisting method, the yarn of the package is guided from the upper part of the spindle to a yarn storage disk integrated with the spindle, pulled out from the periphery thereof, and drawn into a yarn guide located on the axis above the package. , the two-tiered packages are packages with different outer diameters obtained by winding an equal amount of yarn around two types of bobbins with equal inner diameters and different outer diameters, and packages with larger package outer diameters are placed below, The package was mounted on a package support tube with the smaller diameter package at the top. ] The length of yarn pulled out from a lower package and going around the package is always shorter than the length of yarn pulled out from a higher package going around the package. Since the yarn of the lower package does not overtake the yarn, the yarn pulled out from the lower package does not intertwine with the yarn pulled out from the upper package, and runs in contact with the thread waste surface of the upper package. It can be rolled up easily. [Example] An example of the method of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 10 denotes a stationary disk 12 supported in a stationary state by a spindle shaft 11 via a bearing.
A tenser body 13 is removably fitted to the top of the package support tube. The tensor body 13 has a built-in tenser that applies appropriate tension to a yarn 16.17 pulled out from a package 14.15, which will be described later, and guides the yarn to a yarn guide hole of the spindle shaft 11. The spindle shaft 11 supports the stationary disk 12 and is provided with a yarn storage disk 18 integrally with the spindle shaft 11, so that the yarn introduced through the tensor is stored on the spindle shaft 11.
The yarn is fed out of the machine through the yarn guiding hole of the yarn storage board 18, and is wound up through a drop wire (not shown) provided above the double twisting machine. This point is the same as the yarn twisting method using the conventional device. However, in the present invention, two packages 14 and 15 are inserted into the package support cylinder 10 one above the other. The packages 14, 15 are constructed as described below. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the packages 14, 1
The inner diameters of bobbins 19 and 20 of No. 5 and D2 are the same and equal to the bobbin holder diameter of a winder (not shown).
It also matches the outer diameter of the package support tube 10 and fits tightly into both the bobbin holder and the package support tube, but when comparing the outer diameters, the outer diameter d1 of the bobbin of the package 14 located in the upper position is smaller than that of the lower package 14. The outer diameter d2 of the bobbin of the package 15 located at is made large. As a result, when an equal amount of yarn is wound onto each of the bobbins 19 and 20, the outer diameter of the package 15 formed on the bobbin 20 is larger than the outer diameter of the package 14 formed on the bobbin 19. becomes larger, and compared to the package support tube 10 of the double twisting machine,
As shown in FIG. 1, when the package 15 with a large outer diameter is tightly fitted in the lower part and the package 14 with a small outer diameter is tightly fitted in the upper part, the upper package 14 and the lower package 15 are Even if the unwinding direction is the same,
The yarn 17 unwound from the lower package 15 does not overtake the yarn 16 unwound from the upper package 14, and the yarn 17 pulled out from the package 15 is only lightly distributed in the upper part of the package 14. The yarn 17 is unraveled while contacting with the contact pressure of
A situation in which the entire outer peripheral surface of the package 14 comes into contact with the package 14 does not occur. [Effects of the Invention Σ] As described in detail above, the method for twisting yarns using a double twisting machine of the present invention has the following advantages:
Two packages are installed in a package support tube above the spindle of a 21m thread machine in a stationary state with the same axis as the axis of the spindle shaft, stacked in two stages, and the yarn of the package is integrated with the spindle from the top of the spindle. In the doubling yarn twisting method, the yarn is guided into a yarn storage disk, pulled out from its periphery, and pulled into a yarn guide located on the axis above the package. Packages with different outer diameters are obtained by winding an equal amount of thread onto two types of bobbins with different diameters, and are mounted on a package support tube with the package with the larger outer diameter at the bottom and the package with the smaller diameter at the top. Therefore, it is possible to form packages with different diameters without changing the conventional wind mite process, and it is possible to fit large diameter packages at the bottom and small diameter packages at the top in the package support tube of the double twisting machine. By doing this, the length of the yarn pulled out from the lower package going around the package as the yarn is drawn out is always shorter than the length that the yarn pulled out from the higher package goes around the package. Since the yarn of the lower package does not overtake the yarn, the yarn pulled out from the lower package does not intertwine with the yarn pulled out from the upper package, and runs in contact with the thread waste surface of the upper package. There is no opening, so it can be rolled up by always touching only the shoulder part of the upper package. Therefore, the lower yarn being wound does not run while contacting the entire outer circumferential surface of the upper package, the yarns of both packages do not get tangled during unwinding, and the unwinding tension is always constant. You can pull out the thread.
