Claims (1)
体を帰還抵抗とするとともに温度補償用抵抗体を
入力抵抗とした演算増幅器を備え、 上記ヒータによつてレベル測定用抵抗体を加熱
するとともに該レベル測定用抵抗体の一部を液体
に浸し、上記演算増幅器の入力端に一定電圧を印
加したときの当該演算増幅器の出力に基づいてレ
ベル測定用抵抗体に対する液面の相対位置を検出
するようにしたことを特徴とする放熱式レベルセ
ンサ。 (2) 加熱用のヒータを有するレベル測定用抵抗
体と付加抵抗とを帰還抵抗とするとともに温度補
償用抵抗体と付加抵抗とを入力抵抗とした演算増
幅器を備え、 上記ヒータによつてレベル測定用抵抗体を加熱
するとともに該レベル測定用抵抗体の一部を液体
に浸し、上記演算増幅器の入力端に一定電圧を印
加したときの当該演算増幅器の出力に基づいてレ
ベル測定用抵抗体に対する液面の相対位置を検出
するようにしたことを特徴とする放熱式レベルセ
