Moreover, the innermost layer that comes into contact with the milk content is made of low-odorized low-density polyethylene, and at least one other layer is made of polyethylene resin that is more rigid than the innermost layer. The present invention relates to a milk container that does not transfer the odor of raw materials to the milk and is less likely to leak or break. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, glass bottles have been widely used for filling and dispensing milk. However, glass bottles are easily damaged;
They are heavy and have to be cleaned and reused after collection, which is not only complicated but also hygienic. In view of these problems, paper containers made of processed paper with a polyethylene film laminated on the inner surface are now being used, and milk containers have become one-way containers. On the other hand, some synthetic resin containers have a single layer structure made of high-density polyethylene.

のである。Paper milk containers laminated with polyethylene film cannot be resealed once opened. Therefore, when the milk is stored in a refrigerator or the like after opening, the flavor of the milk tends to change due to, for example, adsorption of fish odor. Another drawback is that paper odor permeates through the polyethylene film and transfers to milk. Furthermore, containers made of processed paper laminated with a polyethylene film have a capacity of up to 1 J2, and containers larger than that are not practical because the paper does not have much strength, causing severe bulging. Molded polyethylene containers can be resealed and prevent the fishy smell of milk from being absorbed. However, in the case of a polyethylene molded container, the odor of the raw material is absorbed by the milk, resulting in a deterioration in the flavor of the milk. In particular, since high-density polyethylene has been used in the past, it has a strong odor and has the disadvantage that this odor easily transfers to milk. The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a milk container made of a synthetic resin molded body that does not deteriorate the flavor of milk. Means for Solving the Problems Σ The present invention consists of a hollow container with a laminated structure of at least two or more synthetic resin layers, and the innermost layer in contact with the contents is made of low-odorized low-density polyethylene. The present invention also relates to a milk container in which at least one layer other than the innermost layer made of low-density polyethylene is made of a polyethylene resin having higher rigidity than the innermost layer.

層Therefore, the odor-reduced low-density polyethylene constituting the innermost layer prevents the odor of the raw material of the container from transferring to the milk content, thereby avoiding deterioration of the flavor of the milk. Furthermore, by using polyethylene resin with high rigidity for layers other than the innermost layer, it is possible to provide a milk container with sufficient strength. K Embodiment FIG. 2 shows a milk container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and this milk container includes a polyethylene molded body 10.
It consists of a bottle-shaped hollow container. A mouth portion 11 is provided on the upper end side, and a cap 12 is removably screwed onto the mouth portion 11. The molded body 10 constituting the milk container 10 has a cross-sectional structure as shown in FIG.
5, and the outer portion is composed of a high-density polyethylene layer 16. The LD-PE (low density polyethylene) layer 15 is made of polyethylene with low odor. The method of reducing odor is carried out by removing low boiling point components by heating and degassing after polymerization. Note that instead of such a method, polymerization may be carried out using a catalyst that produces as little low-boiling point components as possible during the polymerization. Such a low-odor LD-PE layer 15 prevents the odor of the raw materials constituting the container 10 from transferring to the milk content. In addition, since a cap 12 is removably attached to the opening 11 of the container 10, it can be resealed, so even if the container 10 that has been opened once is stored in a refrigerator, the cap 12 can be resealed. 12 makes it possible to prevent fish odor from being adsorbed by milk. In addition, the outer HD-PE (high-density polyethylene) layer 16 bonded to the inner LD-PE layer 15, which has a low odor, has high rigidity.
In addition to supplementing the strength of D-PEIill 5, the container 10
This provides strength and shape retention. The cross-sectional structure of the molded body 10 constituting the milk container is not limited to the structure shown in FIG. 1, and various laminated structures as shown in FIGS. 3 to 8 can be adopted. That is, as long as the inner part that comes into contact with milk is composed of the low-odor LD-PE layer 15, and at least one other layer is composed of the highly rigid HD=PE layer 16, various materials can be used. A laminated structure can be adopted. The structure shown in Figure 3 has LDs on both sides of the central HD-PE (HD-PE) 116.
- A PE cabinet 15 is arranged. Also the fourth
The structure shown in the figure is LD-PE skin 15, HD
- Pulverized layer 17 of a mixture of PE and LD-PE, HD-P
It has a three-layer structure of E116. Moreover, the structure shown in FIG. 5 has an intermediate layer of l-10-PEI! It is constructed of H16, and has an LD-PE layer 15 on the inside and a crushed material layer 17 on the outside. The structure shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 is composed of a laminated structure of four or more layers, and in FIG. 6, LD-PE is used from the inside! 115,)-ID-PEI 116, a crushed material layer 17, and an LD-PE layer 15 in this order. Further, the structure shown in FIG. 7 is composed of an LD-PE layer 15, a crushed material layer 17, an HD-PE layer 16, and an LD-PE layer 15 in this order from the inside. In addition, the structure shown in Fig. 8 is arranged in order from the inside to the LD.
- The PE layer 15, the crushed material layer 17, the HD-PE layer 16, the crushed material layer 17, and the LD-PE layer 15 are configured in this order, and 5
It has a layered structure. Considering the specifications generally required for milk containers, it is desirable to use additive-free HD-PE, which has the highest bottle strength among additive-free polyethylene raw materials. However, additive-free polyethylene resin is more suitable for LLD-PE than LD-PE.
Furthermore, HD-PE has a stronger odor. Therefore, in this example, as mentioned above, additive-free LD with low odor was used.
- PE 15 is used for the inner layer that comes into contact with the contents, and a highly rigid HD-PE layer 16 is provided for the middle layer or outer layer, and is molded into the form shown in Figure 2. This is what I did. Low odor LD-PEW
A container with a laminated structure with 15 inside and a container with a single layer of HD-PE were filled with milk, and a sensory test was conducted on the migration of raw materials to the inner part, and it was found that the container according to this example Eight out of 10 people agreed that it was possible to prevent the transfer of raw material odors, and the effect was confirmed with a highly significant difference. K Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, the innermost layer that comes into contact with the contents is made of low-odor low-density polyethylene. Therefore, the odor of the raw material is prevented from transferring to the milk content. In addition, by using polyethylene resin that is more rigid than the innermost layer for parts other than the innermost layer, it is possible to provide sufficient strength to the milk container, giving it the mechanical properties required for milk containers. It becomes possible to satisfy. FIG. 1 is an enlarged sectional view of the body of a milk container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view showing the overall structure of the molded container, and FIGS. 3 to 8 are modified versions. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the body portion of the container according to the example. The names of the main parts in the drawings are as follows. 10.
