のステムをロツカアーム室4の隔壁5からロツカ
アーム室4の左右何れか一方の側に突出させ、ロ
ツカアーム室4の隔壁5の上端部に油吐出孔6、
下端部に油戻し孔7を開け、その油吐出孔6と吸
気弁2のステムとを結ぶ線を横切る向きに、その
吸気弁2のステムの方向への油飛剤防止用仕切壁
8を設け、吸気弁2のステムと反対の側は開放し
