Claims (1)

下側接点板および上側接点板と、前記固定鉄心に
接合された継鉄と、ばねに接合され、可動接点を
備えた可動片とを有する電磁石装置において、 前記継鉄に対して固定鉄心を、固定鉄心上面と
前記下側接点板に接合された下側固定接点の上面
との段差寸法、およびばねが自由状態にあるとき
の可動片の下面と可動接点の下面との段差寸法の
測定結果に基づいて関係式により算出された寸法
関係になるように位置決めした後、溶着もしくは
接着によつて接合し、 前記コイルの通電時に可動片が固定鉄心に吸引
され、可動接点が下側固定接点と接触した瞬間に
おける、前記可動片の下面と固定鉄心の上面との
間隔のばらつきを少なくした組立構造によること
