記主回路導体に接続された中間電極と、 前記固定電極と中間電極との間及び中間電極と
接地電極との間をそれぞれ橋絡し得る長さを有し
て、前記固定電極、中間電極及び接地電極に接触
しつつ前記固定電極と中間電極との間を橋絡する
閉路位置と前記接地電極のみに接触する開路位置
との間を変位し得るように設けられた可動電極と
