Conventional Technology Traditionally, vegetables with soft skins such as green onions are easily damaged by compression, bending, etc. caused by external factors during transportation, and as a result, their commercial value is significantly reduced. As a preventive measure, natural materials such as thatch growing naturally on riverbeds were harvested and dried beforehand, and then koji made with an appropriate density was used as packaging material.

Problems to be solved by the invention As mentioned above, the conventionally used long onion packaging materials made of natural materials such as bamboo grass are easily corroded due to the nature of the material, so care must be taken in the storage location, as well as compression,
Due to its poor abrasion and bendability, it cannot withstand multiple transportation operations as a returnable packaging material, and in terms of resources, its natural habitat, riverbeds, is rapidly decreasing due to bank protection work being constructed year after year. As a result, it has become difficult to obtain bamboo grass, which is a raw material for green onion packaging, and there is now a pressing need to develop substitutes that can be mass-produced.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is made of a net of a predetermined size made of a synthetic fiber material with high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and flexibility, and braided with a density that allows air permeability. A synthetic fiber or natural fiber sheet with excellent elasticity is superimposed on a part of the upper surface, approximately in the center, and wire rods made of a rigid material such as synthetic resin are placed at appropriate intervals in one direction of the net. After locking in a right-angled parallel state, both ends of the wire rods and both edges of the net are bonded and reinforced with synthetic fiber tape to maintain cushioning properties, bending resistance, and dimensional stability. The purpose is to prevent damage caused by simultaneous compression, bending, etc. due to external factors during transportation to a collection point, and to reliably prevent a decline in the commercial value of long onions.

Function: Because the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it is easy to manufacture and inexpensive, and since it can be rolled up and folded in one direction, transportation and storage are convenient, and it has excellent dimensional stability. Therefore, it is easy to package, and it also absorbs shock and friction caused by vibrations, loading, unloading, and the like during transportation, making it reasonably possible to prevent damage to long onions.

In this example, the long green onion packaging net A is as follows:
As shown in Figure 1, the net 1 is used for packaging long onions 6, and the net 1 is made of a synthetic fiber material that is highly abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, and flexible, and is braided with a density that allows air permeability. Since it is a predetermined size, the second

A sheet 2 made of a material such as synthetic fiber or natural fiber with excellent elasticity is superimposed on a part approximately in the center, and a wire rod 3 made of a synthetic resin material having rigidity.
After fixing the wire rods 1 in one direction at appropriate intervals in a perpendicular parallel state, both ends of the wire rod 3 and both edges of the net 1 located at both ends of the wire rod 3 are adhesively reinforced with synthetic fiber tape 4. This constitutes the green onion packaging net A of the present invention.

In addition, the long onion packaging net A of the present invention is expanded in advance as shown in Figure 2 during the packaging work, and a predetermined amount of long onion 6
After aligning and placing the stems on the upper surface of the net 1 on the sheet 2 superimposed on the top surface of the net 1, the onion packaging net A of the present invention is wrapped around the net A as shown in FIG.
The binding rope 5 is used to tie and fix approximately the center portion.

Effects of the invention The present invention has the above-mentioned structure and function, and is rich in wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and flexibility.
A sheet made of a fiber or other material with excellent elasticity is superimposed on the upper surface of a net of a predetermined size made of a synthetic fiber material braided with a density that allows air permeability. The wire rods made of synthetic resin material are fixed in one direction of the net at appropriate intervals in a parallel state at right angles, and both ends of the wire rods and both edges of the net in contact with the wire rods are adhesively reinforced with synthetic fiber tape. The onion is packaged in a devised net, and damage to the onion is significantly prevented during transportation between the field and the collection point, and therefore, the onion with high commercial value can be rationally shipped.
