The applicant has already conducted various research into enclosures such as roofs or walls that are constructed by fitting adjacent architectural boards together.
We are developing. Although these have excellent workability, they also have the problem that when strong (negative) wind pressure is applied to the fitting portion, the attachment point to the structural material becomes relatively weak. In addition, thermal distortion etc. can be further reduced,
Perfect rain protection and rust prevention are required.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the inventor has developed an invention in which the other side of the main plate is bent upward to form a bulge, and the bulge is extended outwardly from the outer end of the bulge. The protruding strip facing towards the main plate is bent, one side of the main plate is bent upward, and then bent into a substantially O-shape, the upper side becomes a protrusion, and the lower side can be fitted with the protruding strip of an adjacent architectural board. The groove is formed as a concave groove, and an upwardly directed protrusion is formed in the middle of the O-shaped bottom. A side part is formed above the outer edge of the bottom on the side, and a downward folded edge is provided inwardly or outwardly from the upper edge, and at the upper end of the side part, the inner side of the bulge part of the adjacent construction board is formed. The construction plate is formed so that it can be supported, or the construction board is placed orthogonally to the structural material, and the chevron-shaped protrusion of the washer is provided from one side of the horizontal mounting part. on the protrusion and the horizontal mounting part on the bottom between the protrusion and the side part, and attach the construction board to the structural material with bolts etc. from above the horizontal mounting part of the washer. The protruding strips of the adjacent construction boards are fitted into the grooves, and these are successively repeated to form an outer enclosure, or the top of the protruding part of the adjacent construction board is fitted into the outer enclosure. An elastic band is interposed between the front construction board and the upper end of the side, or a board piece is fixed to the appropriate position of the structural member on the back surface of the main board in the middle of the main board. By fixing it, the strength of the construction board itself is superior, and the permissible dimensional error of the standard material can be adjusted at the folded edge, and the material can be cut to a constant width without causing any inconvenience during construction. It is good in terms of rust prevention, and of course has excellent workability. The outer shell can also be used as a reinforcement for rainwater and as a barrier for rainwater. It is possible to more reliably shut off rain, and by pressing and supporting the protrusion with a washer, the strength of the mating part can be increased against wind pressure (negative), and the occurrence of distortion etc. can be minimized. In addition, by using the elastic band, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of squeaks and squeaks between building boards. can also provide a strong outer shell.

By the way, the band-shaped standard material that is the base material for forming general construction boards has a tolerance dimension on the plus side, and when roll-forming is performed using this, the edges of the construction board are In many cases, the size of the material becomes large, making it difficult or impossible to install. It was also possible to roll form the desired architectural board. In this regard, in the present invention, a side part 6 is formed, a downward folded edge 7 is provided inwardly or outwardly from the upper end, and the bulge part 8 of the adjacent building board A is formed at the upper end of the side part 6. By forming the inside of the material so that it can be supported, the end of the material is not cut with a slitter, and even if the width of the standard material becomes wider within the allowable range, it can be formed a little longer as shown by the dotted line in Figure 2. It does not cause any inconvenience during construction, and since it does not use a slitter, it can be done at a low cost, and the edges of the standard material are generally treated with better anti-corrosion treatment than other parts. and, by extension,
The architectural board A of the present invention itself can be made suitable from the viewpoint of rust prevention.

Next, in the invention set forth in claim 2, the building board A set forth in claim 1 is placed perpendicularly to the structural member 10, and the horizontal mounting portion 1
The chevron-shaped protrusion 13 of the washer 11 provided with the chevron-shaped protrusion 13 from one side of 2 is placed on the protrusion 5, and the horizontal mounting portion 12 is placed on the bottom 4 between the protrusion 5 and the side portion 6. ,
The bolt 1 is inserted from above the horizontal mounting part 12 of the washer 11.
Attach the architectural board A to the structural material 10 with a screw, and fit the protruding strip 9 of the adjacent architectural board A into the groove 3,
By repeating these steps one after another to form an outer enclosure, when strong wind pressure (negative) is applied to the O-shaped part and bulge part 8 at the fitting part, and a tensile force is applied to lift it upward. , the force is applied to the attachment part of the bottom part 4 (the fixing point of the bolt 14, etc.), but the upper side of the protrusion 5 is pressed by the chevron-shaped protrusion 13 that is continuous with the horizontal attachment part 12 of the washer 11, and the chevron shape Projection 1
Under the conditions that the 3rd position is closer to the fitting part than the attachment part of the bottom part 4, and that it is fixed with a washer 11 with a pressing area larger than the pressing area of the attachment part of the bottom part 4, The fixing support force of the bottom portion 4 against the tensile force is increased, the fitting becomes strong, and an outer enclosure having an extremely strong fitting portion can be provided. Furthermore, when the five protrusions are pressed and fixed by the chevron-shaped protrusion 13 of the washer 11, even if a tensile force (to the left in FIG. 2) is applied to the bottom part 4 due to the above-mentioned strong wind pressure (negative), The protrusion 5 acts as an expansion and absorbs the external force, resulting in a strong installation, and almost no external force acts on the mounting location of the bolt 14 of the washer 11, for example, expanding the bolt hole. This can prevent damage that could lead to rain leakage. In addition, in the outer enclosure, the only part attached to the structural member 10 is the bottom part 4 through the washer 11, and the adjacent building boards A and A are not fixed to each other but are fitted together, and changes in outside temperature Even if thermal expansion and contraction occurs due to the installation, it can be absorbed in the juxtaposition direction by the left and right misalignment of the fitting part, and thermal stress due to longitudinal expansion and contraction occurs in the attachment part, but this The protrusion 5 continues a little further away, and the concave groove 3 protrusion 2 continues, and there is a factor that increases the section modulus, and the thermal stress is only slightly transmitted to the main plate 1, making the main plate 1 extremely susceptible to thermal strain. In this case, almost no distortion can be generated. Furthermore, the mounting portion where distortion occurs is located inside the fitting portion, and the main plate 1, etc., which forms the external appearance of the outer envelope, can be made elegant. Furthermore, it is possible to create a configuration in which distortion is less likely to occur due to vibrations such as earthquakes. Moreover, the construction of the outer enclosure can be completed by fitting one type of architectural boards A and A together, attaching the bottom part 4, and repeating these steps in sequence. There are few parts and requires special technology. It can be done easily and quickly. Furthermore, the construction board A used in the present invention has the same structure as the construction board of the invention in item 1, and has the same effects.

Next, in the invention set forth in claim 3, in addition to the structure of the invention set forth in claim 2, there is a gap between the top of the bulging portion 8 and the upper end of the side 6 of the front building board A. Since the elastic band 18 is interposed, even if a vibration action occurs that repeatedly lifts the bulge 8 due to wind pressure,
The elastic band 18 absorbs the vibration and vibration sound, and even if adjacent building boards A and A are distorted for some reason and squeak noise is generated, It can be absorbed by the elastic band 18, the plate noise phenomenon does not occur, and the plate noise can be absorbed, sound-insulated, etc. Furthermore, the configuration other than this is the same as the second invention, and the same effects can be achieved.

In addition to the structure of the invention of claim 2, the invention of claim 4 also has a plate piece 1 fixed at a proper position of the structural member 10 on the intermediate back surface of the main plate 1.
9 is fixed, so even if the construction board A is wide, especially if the flat part of the main board 1 is wide, or if it is made of a thin material or a material with weak strength, the board piece 19 will be able to withstand wind pressure. The main plate 1, which is most likely to vibrate, is fixed to the structural member 10, and even when wind pressure is applied, the vibration can be eliminated and plate rattling phenomenon can be prevented, and by fixing the plate pieces 19, the outer enclosure can be made even stronger. Furthermore, the plate piece 19
By locking it to the structural member 10, the main plate 1 becomes
The main plate 1 can be slid as appropriate in the longitudinal direction and the width direction independently of the structural member 10, and distortion of the main plate 1 can be prevented from occurring due to thermal stress, earthquakes, etc. The configuration other than this is the second
This invention is the same as the invention described in Section 1, and produces the same effect.
