[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition, and more particularly to a liquid detergent composition having excellent foam quality characteristics and improved rinsability. [Prior art and its problems] Liquid detergents, such as dishwashing detergents, have poor cleaning power,
In addition to basic performance such as foaming power, skin gentleness, and low temperature stability, good rinsability and foam quality characteristics are also required. In order to exhibit these various performances, various auxiliary active agents have conventionally been used in liquid cleaning agents in addition to the main cleaning surfactant. Higher alcohol ether sulfate is widely used as a detergent base with excellent skin gentleness, but if the number of moles of alkylene oxide added is increased to reduce irritation, the detergency and foaming power will decrease. . In order to improve this drawback, a method of improving detergency and foaming power while suppressing skin irritation by using tertiary amine oxide in combination is proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 38-3264 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 38-17467.
It is disclosed in the publication No. However, liquid detergents containing dodecyldimethylamine oxide, which has been commonly used as a tertiary amine oxide, have not been sufficiently satisfactory in terms of foam palatability and feel to the hands. As a method to improve this drawback, a tertiary amine oxide having 50% or more of straight-chain alkyl groups with 14 carbon atoms, a higher fatty acid alkanolamide, and a secondary alcohol ethoxylate are used together as co-activators (JP-A-Show). 56-112999), and the combined use of a tertiary amine oxide with a linear chain ratio of 40 to 70% and a specific alkyl chain distribution and a higher fatty acid alkanolamide as an auxiliary activator (JP-A No. 56-112). 141400) was proposed. However, tertiary amine oxide, which has been conventionally used for the purpose of improving the qualitative characteristics of foam in liquid cleaning agents, is a special tertiary amine oxide and has unavoidable practical disadvantages. .
Furthermore, although tertiary amine oxide is an excellent co-activator as mentioned above and is widely used, it has the disadvantage that when used in combination with higher alcohol ether sulfate, the rinsing properties after washing deteriorate. [Means for Solving the Problems] Under these circumstances, the present inventor has conducted extensive research in order to obtain a cleaning agent that is not limited by the type of tertiary amine oxide and has excellent foam quality characteristics. As a result, if a polyalkylene oxide adduct of a polyhydric alcohol is used in combination with a tertiary amine oxide as an auxiliary activator, a cream can be created that satisfies the basic performance as a detergent without using a special tertiary amine oxide. The present invention has been completed based on the discovery that it is possible to obtain a foam that is smooth, so-called highly palatable, and feels good on the hands, and surprisingly, the rinsability can be improved. That is, the present invention provides the following components (a), (b) and (c), (a) general formula (), R 1 O (C 2 H 4 O) nSO 3 M () (wherein R 1 is An alkyl ethoxy sulfate ester salt represented by a linear or branched alkyl group having 7 or more carbon atoms, where n is an average number of 1 or more, and M is an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal.
10-40% by weight (b) General formula (), (In the formula, R 2 represents a linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group having 10 to 18 carbon atoms, and R 3 and R 4 represent an alkyl group having 1 to 2 carbon atoms.) oxide
The present invention provides a liquid cleaning composition characterized in that it contains 0.5 to 10% by weight (c) 0.3 to 10% by weight of a polyalkylene oxide adduct of polyhydric alcohol (average molecular weight 300 to 5000). In the liquid detergent of the present invention, the alkyl ethoxy sulfate ester salt represented by the above formula () used as the active agent component has an alkyl group R
As the number of carbon atoms increases, the solubility in water decreases, and as the average number of added moles n of ethylene oxide increases, the foaming power decreases. Therefore, it is generally preferable to use an alkyl ethoxy sulfate salt in which the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is 18 or less and the average number of added moles of ethylene oxide is 5 or less. Alkyl ethoxy sulfate () is present in the total composition from 10 to 40
Weight% (hereinafter shown in %), preferably 15-30%
It is blended so that The tertiary amine oxide used is one in which the substituents R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are ordinary aliphatic hydrocarbon groups, as represented by the above formula (), and those outside this range are used. Therefore, excellent cleaning performance cannot be expected in a combined use system with the alkyl ethoxy sulfate salt. Tertiary amine oxide () is present in an amount of 0.5 to 10%, preferably 1 to 10% in the total composition.
It is blended so that it becomes 5%. Further, as the polyalkylene oxide adduct of polyhydric alcohol, one having an average molecular weight of 300 to 5000 is used. If a substance outside this range is used, the desired effect cannot be expected. The polyhydric alcohol is preferably selected from the group consisting of glycerin, polyglycerin, trimethylolpropane, pentaerythritol, sorbitol, and neopentyl glycol. As the polyalkylene oxide, one obtained by addition polymerization of one or both of ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO) is preferable. The addition state of PO and EO may be either block-like or random. Polyalkylene oxide adducts of polyhydric alcohols are present in all compositions.
It is blended in an amount of 0.3 to 10%, preferably 0.5 to 5%. If the amount is less than 0.3%, the effects of the present invention will not be exhibited, while if it exceeds 10%, the foaming power of the composition will decrease, which is not preferable. In addition to the above-mentioned essential components, the liquid detergent composition of the present invention may contain known active agents for liquid detergents, if necessary. Examples of such activators include polyoxyethylene (average number of added moles of 4 to 20) alkyl (C 7 to C 18 linear or branched) ethers, C 8 to C 22 higher fatty acid mono- or dialkanols (C 2 - C3 ) nonionic activators such as amides; α-olefin ( C8 - C20 ) sulfonates [Na, K, Mg, triethanolamine (TEA),
NH 4 ], α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt (

According to the present invention, the basic performance of a liquid detergent using an alkyl ethoxy sulfate ester salt as an active ingredient and a tertiary amine oxide as an auxiliary activator is not impaired, and this type of liquid detergent is lacking. It is possible to improve the palatability of the foam, qualitative characteristics of the foam such as feel on hands, and rinsability. The liquid detergent composition of the present invention is advantageous in practice because it does not require any special tertiary amine oxide. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to Examples. In addition,
Various performance evaluations described in the Examples were performed by the following methods. <Test method> (Cleaning power) Sudan (red pigment) is added to beef tallow as an indicator.
Add 0.1% and apply 3g of this on a porcelain plate (diameter 25cm) and scrub it with a sponge soaked in 10g of detergent and 20g of water until the dish is cleaned until no more beef fat can be removed from the plate. It is shown with the number of sheets. (Foaming power) Commercially available butter is used as a staining ingredient at a detergent concentration of 0.5%.
Measure the foaming power when 0.1% is added to a detergent solution. The measurement method is to place 40 c.c. of the above detergent solution to which butter has been added into a glass cylinder with a diameter of 5 cm, rotate and stir for 10 minutes, and measure the foam height at the stop diameter. (Foam palatability) Thirty women investigated the foam palatability when cleaning using the same method as the detergency test method using a paired comparison method for two types of detergent compositions, A and B. Evaluation method +2 Like A +1 Slightly like A 0 Neutral -1 Slightly like B -2 Like B (rinsing ability) In the above detergency test, when rinsing with tap water after washing the last dish Visually observe and evaluate the ease of rinsing. The judgment criteria are as follows. A: Instantly rinses off. B: It takes several seconds to rinse. C: It takes 10 seconds or more to rinse. (Finish Feeling) After completing the above-mentioned rinsing test, the degree of wetting of the surface of the dish with tap water was observed with the naked eye, and the finish feeling was evaluated. The judgment criteria are as follows. A: The entire surface of the plate is evenly wetted with water. B: Water splashes can be seen on some parts of the plate. C: Water splashes are seen on most of the plate. (Low temperature stability) Evaluate after storing the sample in a constant temperature room at -5°C for 10 days. Evaluation details 〇: No change △: Slightly cloudy ×: Separation or precipitation Example 1 A liquid detergent composition having the composition shown in Table 1 was prepared, and its cleaning power, foaming power, rinsability, finish feeling,
